I've worked at Summit Companies going on 8 years as a fire suppression system technician, working mainly in restaurant kitchens. Summit has been a Great company to work for that has great people to work with. My work Is challenging yet rewarding and I'm always learning new things. I love what I do and have had the opportunity to work in some pretty cool places such as the U.S. Bank Stadium.. My customers always come first!
Rude and very unprofessional. Yelled, cussed and acted like we were inconveniencing them.

Just watched a "Summit Companies" truck illegally trespass through my driveway. There are "Private Drive" and "No Trespassing" signs on BOTH ends of the driveway....so there's genuinely no excuse for it. Unprofessional, rude, and entitled.

I have called the company twice to schedule an inspection for my fire sprinkler system. I left a message with the scheduling team and did not get a reply. I called their supervisor and left a message and did not get a reply. I guess I need to go somewhere else.
We never called these guys out, yet they're billing us $138.67. For what?
I would not recommend Summit Fire to anyone for your business or home. The business employees are rude and unprofessional on all level, it s impossible to reach anyone and the voicemail are not follow up either. Representatives are horrible, where are the customer long term relationship values? This company is all about their end and was never about mutual growth. Do not use Summit Fire or you will regret it.
I have used Summit to service our sprinkler system (there are not many other options in this market!) and have always been underwhelmed with their service. Calls go unreturned, if you do get a live person on the phone they are rude, you will get transferred at least 3 times, probably get "disconnected" at least once and when you finally get to speak with the person in charge you will be left feeling like they are doing you a favor. There are no favors, they have "repaired" the same air/water leak on our system about 10 times, still have the same leak. Summit Companies have set a new low in my book for customer service, that is saying a lot!
Summit is amazing! They're honest and willing to work with me on prices! And you can get non legal binding contracts to save buca bucks! Highly recommend this company for your fire protection needs.
