My family and I had a really memorable time here and the pictures will show it! We really love the outdoor fire pit which we really needed because our blood was so thin from living in Hawaii. The ski area really felt family friendly and was so happy to still see snow even though it was close to end Spring Time!!

My wife and I had every intention of making it to our first ski lesson on Jan 11th but ended up sitting on I-90 for about 5 or so hours missing our appointed lesson time.

The Snow Sports team claim they will be sending out instructions via email on how to reschedule lessons that were missed on Jan 11th due to mountain pass closures. No such emails were received and I even checked my spam/junk folder. Don't bother calling them, it goes straight to their voicemail. Their voicemail claims people should have received instructions in and around 48 hours, it's been nearly a week.

I usually never do reviews but I could write pages of things that are not done right here!!! and If I could put zero stars I would!! Snoqualmie is the worst ski resort I have ever been to, the employees are RUDE and think there all it and a bad of chips. The only decent people I talked to was guest service. The summit is NOT organized AT ALL there is NO communications. Someone needs to manage this ski resort and on top of that alpental is infested with mice and mold and people could get sepsis. Ski resorts are suppose to be fun and nice!! Come on people!!!

A family member of mine came to The Summit at Snoqualmiefor snowboarding lesson December 2015. Some folks learned faster and others didn't learn as fast, but the instructor with the mustache definitely cannot accommodate for everyone's learning.

Best advice for anyone wanting to learn snowboarding is to watch YouTube videos and get into the mindset of the techniques required to snowboard properly. It will help keep up with the instructor.

I probably won't come toThe Summit at Snoqualmie. I'll try Crystal or Stevens instead.
