I tried to get onto your website but it says under construction. How convenient is that. It doesn't do any good to complain to an individual location when your managers don't even care as this is the second time I've been to the location in Georgetown Delaware and your manager girl just doesn't care. So I'm going to just start posting on here since there's nobody to write to.. Went to KFC Georgetown DE...at 6:30 p.m. Ordered three piece meal and an unsweetened tea. Well they don't have unsweetened tea. Why would they it's only dinner time. When I get to the window I ask the girl what time they stop serving unsweetened tea. She said we don't have any. I said what do you mean you don't have any . She told me because of the pandemic they didn't order unsweetened tea. That's crazy. I settled for the bottle of water. We got home with our food and the fries had obviously been sitting around for a very long time and we had to throw them out. Waste of 16.00 I don't recommend this one.

I was fired from a company owned by Summerwood. It was a he said she said incident. I was immedietely fired. With no proof or investigation. This was just after the new year. Now here it is almost April. And I have yet to receive my W'2s. I thought they were to be mailed by a certain date. Now my home address and phone number hasn't changed. So my question is. WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY TAX INFO FROM THIS CORP.? WAT IS THE HOLD UP? II THINK WAT THERE ATE DOIN IS ILLEGAL. AND IM FILING LAWSUIT.

This company will see you have a problem and hr will completely ignore your calls. Its ridiculous

Overwork and underpay. Then the disrespect you constantly recieve from upper management is relentless.

It's the middle of February and I still dont have my W2!

they had email me because i signed up for a job they todl me to put my ssn in on the swift hire page i did and i am now regretting i do not feel like my ssn is safe on the swift hire app is there anyway to permenently terminate my info from this app

I have never experienced such blatant disrespect - and disgust-
My son was to interview at 6 at one of the places owned by this group. Not only did they let him sit in there for 2 hours - the manager had her child a 3-4 year old running around inside no mask and drinking directly from soda machine - then after 2 hours she leaves restaurant and knows I am his mother waiting and just ignored him and disrespected me when I asked if my son is being interviewed.
I will be happily sharing this all over so no one else gets this treatment. Also that it is evident CDC guidelines not being followed if a child is running around the restaurant!

They don't pay their employees and then act like they dont owe them anything. I don't know what they did but they definitely paid off the department of labor and industry or something because I've been waiting on a paycheck for 1+ months now.

This company is just simply amazing. The people are friendly and suprisingly so easy to talk to. Its a pleasure to work for thier company!!!

Horrible place to work for ! Management doesn t care about crew! The pay is terrible ! 0/10 don t recommend at all .
