Great Family Ressort/ Club Hotel in Kos. Very good "Recreation Team" with sport program and also Miniclub for kids. Tasty food and drinks on several restaurants and bars with friendly service. The beach is also fantastic with clear water and a kid- friendly entry ;) ... and the view at the evening over the beach is great :)

Attention: there are stairs to the beach, a lot of stairs ... But think positive, there is more "space" inside you for the all inclusive buffet and your mind is also happy ;)

The holiday spent in this place was a very good choice. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there.

A very mixed bag.

Positives include spacious rooms with wonderful views. The beach was nice and clean too. Food is good and staff are generally friendly.

Negatives - this place is VERY NOISY. If you are looking for a quiet get away this is NOT the place for you. At times it was more like trying to sleep in a night club rather than a hotel. Poor layout meant that at night our room was bombarded with noise from the lobby even after the "entertainment" had stopped at 11pm. And then we had the misfortune to have the daily wake up call of chairs being scraped along the floor in the restaurant above us! Mitis- perhaps you should warn guests about the potential for noise before assigning rooms?

The pool area is very pretty but much too small for a hotel this size and the battle for loungers is fierce. This isn't helped by lazy and inconsistent staffing resulting in days of watching people reserve loungers with belongings while away for hours,only to find that the one time you leave your things for 15 minutes your belongings have been bundled away. Its fine to have rules but please offer consistency, otherwise the 'rules' seem arbitrary and unfair.

Finally, a 5* hotel with no branded spirits!? Hmmmm.

Overall, I agree with other reviews where I have seen people say a 5 star rating of this hotel is generous and loose at best. But, if you are looking for a hotel for a week of scenic sunlounging, this place could tick a lot of your boxes.

Stayed here for a 4 day short break with my friend. Had a fabulous time. Food was great and plentiful as were the alcoholic drinks! Beach is lovely too. Not very accessible if you have a pushchair or wheelchair though or mobility issues as there are lots of steps. Loved my time here.

Amazing place and views. Brilliant staff. The place was so clean and the food was very good.
