The hotel's location is magical, right by the beach between so much nature. The buffet had various selections as well as tasty, and the themed restaurants were authentic! The beach is very clean and relaxing. Loved it!
Our trip was nothing shy of 5 stars! This was our first full family holiday in 16 years and collectively, we have travelled 60+ countries. In our time, we never came across such excellent service like this. As a family that has a vegan/vegetarian diet, the overall restaurants manager, Stephanos ensured there were plenty of food options for us. In addition to this, the executive chef, Sotiris was phenomenal in running us through vegan options and ensuring our dietary requirements were met without a single issue. We were also fortunate to have tried the Pan-Asian restaurant in the resort and were taken care of by the manager there (Irene). Irene was great in the way she insured vegan dietary and hygiene standards were met to the highest degree. No request was too much for any member of staff and we were always served with genuine smiles from what we could see through their masks. Whether food, entertainment, waiting or cleaning staff, Mitsis Hotels (Rodos Maris) truly made our holiday experience phenomenal. We have never come across such great service before and will always seek Mitsis Hotels in future holiday endeavours. Super nice hotel just by the beach, room was great. A bit difficult to book a table at the a la carte restaurants, but food there was great. Buffet was not so spectacular (maybe because of limited options due to COVID?).
wouldn't have spent the last week before going back to the harsh winter in my country any other way!

Great Resort at Rhodes Island Greece. It is real 5 star resort, great service specially Stefano manager at restaurants took special care of us by giving is privilege in spicy food preparation & sharing recipes. I am grateful to Christos at the reception for allowing me late check out. This kind of good gesture will turn your room guests to your goodwill ambassadors. They can give positive reviews and publicity which are much better than paid publicly.
Just returned from a 10 night break at this hotel and had the most wonderful holiday. Being 5 months pregnant we requested a room where I had little walking to do and this was given. You can book a la carte as many times as you like online which was great, the staff were excellent and we felt very taken care of. Beach is literally on site and hotel facilities are great. Couldn't recommend this place enough. A friend stayed in Mitsis resort in Crete and had a brilliant experience too
Well what can I say other then fabulous. From the manager down to the cleaners, the staff are friendly and helpful. Given they are operating under reduced staffing due to Covid-19 they all work so hard to ensure we are looked after. Food choices are varied, American, Mexican, Asian and of course Greek, there is always something for every one. I don't eat cheese, not a problem, even the pizza oven on the beach made one without cheese. The beach, only a couple minutes walk and you are there, parasol's separated at least 2m from each other. The rooms are cleaned daily, yes basic but then you are only in there to sleep and shower. The main hotel complex is magnificent to look at with its marble flooring and crystal chandeliers, and clean, really clean. We would go back this year if we could, but definitely next year.
Last Year we visited Mitsis Blue Domes Kos. We had a great experience for the first time with Mitsis.For this Year we booked our hotel in Rhodes after we read many good reviews about Mitsis Rodos maris. We had booked a bungalow with garden view.
Rhodes maris has a wide choice of food in the form of a buffet and various restaurants. Coffee is great and a wide selection of cocktails and drinks. We also liked the beach and the bar, really great !
The hospitality and service is high by the employees, they ensure that you are having a great time in the hotel.
We also have some unfortunately experience.
Our bungalow garden view is a concrete wall and stones. We looked around and a lot of bungalows have a small garden in the front. We asked the reception but the lady told us that you can t book a bungalow with garden view, only with sea view?? But why is then offered on the site?. We where looking for the Healthy bar but after asking 5 employees they told us the Healthy bar was not ready yet. On the site we have seen that the bar would open in April 2019!! It s really unfortunately, because this was one of our mean reasons why we booked Mitsis Rodos Maris.
