If anyone is looking for a job to survive in Pune and continue studies on his/ her expenses can walk in here and can easily get a job here. The processes here are very simple not much work pressure.

This is fake company.they had given me offer letter and before joining 10days they were telling we don't have any client without any reason they cancelled offer letter. We are having one client but they are having night shifts how you can do night shifts .. that area is not good. Before giving offer letter they didn't tel me about night shifts. They were forcing me .. you have any other offer in hand you can join there or you can retain in your current company. They are playing with candidate career. aarti pardhi and Arpita these two hr are there. don't entertainment them over phone. They are not giving anything over email .

Third class company ,very poor payment ,high payment deduction,non supportive support team,no appraisal get in 1 yr over all waste of our time.

This is one of the worst company I have ever worked. Cheap staff, hr people are fresher they don't even care about the employees they just care about there client that is Bajaj Finserv which is most pathetic finance company. Every day you to extend your shift by 1 hour which is without OT money operation team don't care about the how far u r staying let it be ladies or gents.
It's better to join Tech Mahindra for fresher.
Experience people please don't think about this company I could gave a minus star but it's not there. Special clients they are unable to speak English as well.

Despite reaching venue on time I had to wait 2:30 Hrs for interview. They took away my mobile phone. Very bad treatment.

I am handicap person they misbehave with me because of my disability.and I have experience in multinational company for 7 years---not support the HR--given to wrong commitment-----

I wish there were 100 stars to give. A great team to work with. Enjoyed the peak season and never felt any pressure.

Staff trolies all over the place at peak hours obstructing customers. Staff needs to be trained.

Worst work place for employees.. no fixed time for your shift.. it can be 9hrs 10hrs 11hrs.. every alternate Sunday is working.. 3last days of month ends are working.. no one can escape from that.. with lowest salary of only 6,700 rs. Fixed. (Experience as Back office executive)

company environment is good and all technical staff is helpful...they give proper training within the training period

They just care about the client.Client doesnt know english.Client doesnt know the difference between postpaid and prepaid.If u tell them that ur not well after getting selected they will tell u not to come.
