Last September my wife's car was hit by a Sullivan bus
Last September my wife's car was hit by a Sullivan operated bus in Enfield. The bus scuffed her car when she was queuing on the opposite side of the road, the bus just misjudged the gap on its side.
My wife exchanged details with the driver, and had a witness that the incident was totally his fault. The driver was very aggressive with my wife though and accused her of trying to make him lose his job.
The damage to her car was very minor though and we contacted Sullivans afterwards just in the hope of getting an apology. Their customer service has been appalling and they have not even responded to our correspondence, even though we have involved TfL as their client.
In the end we have decided to let our claim go and have notified TfL of this. We just hope that TfL bears this feedback in mind when dealing with any new contracts with this callous company.
I would advise anyone to be very careful in any dealings they have with this business.
