It is said very big everywhere on the site that the guarantee is that your suitcase will be replaced or repaired. In my case, that doesn't work out, I get a voucher with which I have to add almost 100 euros to get the same size suitcase again. Nowhere on the site what about a voucher. Deception

DON'T BUY I would not buy this one I bought one ago with covers. Covers can only be used once, they break the case completely scratched covers do not give full coverage zipper is also broken. Have filed a complaint but zipper is only made the rest is debt.

Very disappointing company; my friend had contacted SUITSUIT (with Suze) about the suitcase (Warm Sand) she received for her birthday in mid-November last year.
She wanted to expand it with a suitcase (55cm for hand luggage) with the same color, so in "Warm Sand". What seems? Apparently this color has already disappeared from the range. Suze from SUITSUIT did come up with an alternative idea to take a different color, namely "Antique White". But this is not what my girlfriend wanted, since she wanted everything in one color and would not get a "mishmash" from different suitcases.
Then sent a new email about this May 6, but never heard from SUITSUIT again. Apparently it is too busy to respond and the suitcases fly (despite the fact that no one can really go on holiday because of Covid-19) over the counter at this company? All in all a pretty disappointing state of affairs at SUITSUIT that clearly has no interest in his / her customers. Pity.
She is now considering selling the unused SUITSUIT suitcase that she received for her birthday. And to go for a different brand, where people still care about the customers they have.
Ah, as you learn from this again. I had to have new suitcases myself in the short term, but at least I know from which I will definitely not take them! If you don't even have time to answer your customers decently, I'll be there soon.
