Head office of SNGPL . Office of MD and other senior managers of SNGPL.

They are the main suppliers of natural gas for domestic & industrial use in Pakistan. It's a semi government organization & have monopoly over gas distribution. Customer service is non existent. You need a gas connection for new house or a factory you will most probably have to give something under the table. Otherwise forget new connection. They also have this ability to drop bombshells in the shape of huge bills. And if you are the unlucky one then get ready for a long haul to get any relief.

Keep extra time for walking because there is inadequate parking and you may have to park on the road at quite a distance.

My experience overthere was good. They listened to my complain respectfully amd gave me card and contact details for followup.
