My husband and I both were sugared and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were informative, an absolute blast to talk to, professional in the services provided, and made it as painless as it could be. We loved it so much we signed up for the membership. If you have never been sugared, it is a must try because you and your skin will love you for it!

Arika is the eyebrow slayer. She is the best! Staff is wonderful in general, and the establishment is always clean and cute! I have an eyebrow membership and it's so worth the money.

Went back and had another one of the ladies. Everyone is so nice there and it is always a comfortable environment. The lady I had this time was great to talk to.
I love the service provided on both times that I've been. I like the ambiance of the place and it looks clean. If there is anything I thought was odd about the experience is being asked at check out how much do I want to put on the ti. I always give a tip when I am pleased with the service I received which was the case (I tipped 30%). I just don't like getting put on the spot, at least that's how it made me feel when I was asked out loud.
I went and got my eyelash extensions done twice there. Both girls were great however the lashes fall out within a week! For the amount of money they ask, the quality is not worth it. I was trying to be optomistic the second time I got them done but they did the same thing. Lashes should stay in up to 2-3 weeks if the glue and quality of lashes are nice not 3-4 days :(

I had a facial with Karli today that was absolutely amazing. What a relaxing, wonderful experience. She really took her time, and was extremely knowledgeable when i had questions. Love!
Jenna is, as always, a badass! The ladies at the front desk made me feel so welcome and the short wait was easy and comfortable as they chatted with me. My service was timely, professional, and turned out exactly as I asked.
I love coming to sugar! I've only been twice so far and each time with a different staff member. Everyone there is great! So friendly and very professional. There are many great services and options here it is deffinately a good idea to consider membership!

How I miss Sugar Studio! The staff, the services, the space, the rewards program, everything about this place is great. I went Kortney every month and she was fantastic. I've since moved to Boston and have tried sugaring at a few different places. None of them compare to Sugar Studio. This place is a gem. Thanks to everyone there who makes this place great. I miss you guys!

I had such a wonderful time talking with the very sweet, personable young ladies and getting a couple of services! They gave me great customer service even though I didn't have an appointment. I will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again!

I was very impressed! It was very clean and esthetically pleasing. Karli did a Brazilian for me and it was the most comfortable and least painful one I've ever had! I'm on day two after my sugaring and no ingrown hairs or discomfort. I will be back for a membership soon!

This is a great option for monthly massage membership! I highly recommend them! I was happy to find them here since the closest Massage Envy where i had a membership in the past is all the way in Everett. Too far too drive. My only not so awesome thought was the massage bed sqeaked a LOT. Not very relaxing.
The girls are awesome, if it's your first time to sugaring they are very knowledgeable and give you tips. They make you feel comfortable and thry have many good products.
My son paid $55 dollars for his sister to have a spa pedi for her birthday. He wanted her to have a special day only to find out her pedi consisted of placing her feet in a plastic tub Not what was expected.

I drive from Anacortes because this place is the best. I even have taken a friend who now drives from Bellingham. Once again, because it is hands down the best place around.

Last minute cancellation for three appointments today and no availability to accommodate. Had to pull it out of the person calling that this applied to all three appointments. This would have been our first time. I think we will just move along.
I get my massages here and let me tell you Shannon is an absolute miracle worker. I injured/tweaked myself twice in more or less the same areas and done every stretch in the book that is suggested to help, iced, heat, bath, rest, nothing helped. Both times I went to her the pain dropped tenfold within days

I got a fabulous massage and facial. Cece gave me an amazing facial and Amanda gave me one of the best massages that I have ever received. She did a great job with all the knots in my back. I will definitely be returning.

If you just need a day of relaxation this is the place to go. The workers are very nice and accommodating, the place is beautiful! The prices are amazing and within reason.
