Small local pizza place, extra food options, excellent appetizers, great drink selection!

Handmade, fresh, absolutely delicious pizza!! Very impressed with everything we ordered! Pizza was amazing- even the wheat crust pizza was amazing!! Clearly take pride in the food. And very friendly service. Extensive beer and wine menu too. Will be back ASAP.

This place is awesome, we stumbled upon it as it's right along the Badger State bike path. Sitting outside on a beautiful 70 degree day after a very long bike ride the atmosphere couldn't have been more perfect. We got a beer from their extensive drink menu and and an amazing app, the goat cheese marinara. Service could have been better but it sounded like they were short staffed. We are coming back for the pizza someday soon when we don't have a 10+ mile bike ride ahead of us :)

The pizza, cheese curds, and stuffed cheese bread were all excellent. Plenty of cheese and toppings. Definitely recommend the pulled pork pizza! Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Thanks for recommending the honey mustard for our cheese curds:) we ate outside which was nice especially with the fire in the middle of the table adding a nice ambiance at night. Will eat here again the next time I am in new glarus!

While walking around charming downtown New Glarus we came across SRP's cute super modern outside fire tables, and we knew we had to check it out!

We were greeted by the owner and his wife immediately. They were very patient as we waited for our friends and chatted with us while we relaxed on the patio.

We got the capresee flatbread, nachos and Mac and cheese bites as appetizers. All were quite good, the Mac and cheesy bites even had done heat!



Will definitely go back when I'm in town!

OMG ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! THE PULLED PORK SANDWICH MMMMM my fist time eatting tthere and I'm a truck driver. Will definitely keep this place in mind if I get to come come back this this way

This place was pretty awesome. I had he goat cheese and marinara appetizer and it was very fulfilling. The Greek salad was full of olives and fresh feta! My man got the spicy pizza and said it was painfully delicious !

Friendly, attentive staff serving amazing food! Great beer list and the food is original and very tasty. With the brewery up the street it s a complete day trip in the beautiful hills surrounding it all.

Very poor customer service. We are regular customers of this restaurant. But our last visit has left us with a horrible taste. We did not receive all the food that we ordered and when we called to ask about the missing item our call was met with ridgity and rudeness. We would not be receiving our missing item only because they said they put it in our bag. It wasn t there.

Sat outside with my daughter. It was a great day. Put waitress was friendly and professional.

Only had wings but they were awesome. Must visit again to try the pizza.

Went with our family over the weekend. They were so accommodating for all of us. We all chose different pizzas and shared. All were great. We tried different crusts on the pizzas and all were great. This is a very nice small town pizzeria that doesn't disappoint. It was funny how all of us were talking before our food came, but when it arrived, the talking stopped because of how great the food is. We all started laughing when we realized how quiet we got because we were enjoying eating. Great place and we will be back

We arrived and had a short wait. When we got our table it was outside on the patio. When I went to sit down there was pizza spatula on my chair. It was filthy. Not only was the patio covered in used napkins and bits of garbage, but it was also full of big leave piles. I think they need a leaf blower. Our waitress swore multiple times while serving us. We don t need that kind of language when we re trying to enjoy a date. She also was very unconcerned when I told her there was broken glass around our table. She didn t bring our check I had to go find her to pay. Our food arrived in a timely manner, but I asked for some Parmesan cheese. She instructed me to look in the caddy on the table. I told her there was only red pepper flakes & no cheese. She just said okay and walked away. I never received any cheese. When we were enjoying our calzone, which was fabulous, we looked up as two waitresses were busing a table on the patio. They were emptying the cups on the table by throwing the leftover liquid & ice over their shoulders onto the trail (almost hitting a family walking with a stroller), into the near by planters, and up onto the parking lot. Looked so unprofessional. We couldn t get out of there fast enough. If we go back we will be sure to get our food to go.

Try the Engine Oil (brewed in Scotland.) And you know the pizza is the best!

We tried a few different types and loved them all. We could tell the pizzas were freshly made and the dough was out of this world! The breadsticks were also wonderful. Our server was kind, upbeat, and on the ball! Definitely going back

My first time dining here-it was awesome! Tried the Margarita pizza , and special lasagna with spinach and a white sauce. Saved room for dessert-so glad I did! The service equaled the food.

Sorry, I did not intend to leave a review and must have hit 1 star on accident. The food was fine but but I'm pretty sure the waiter forgot to put in our order. It took over an hour to get our pizza and we never got our appetizer. He was nice though.

A great family oriented addition to New Glarus. I've been a few times on trips to the area and we continue to go back. Good beer selection, great pizza, and always able to accommodate our small group. Last time I was in New Glarus we ate here two nights in a row.

First time here pizza is good ice tea was good waitress was friendly would come again

A well placed pizza place that is family owned and run, as we were seated by the owner, who was very nice and our waiteess was her daughter, also very nice and funny. I loved the open seating and it definitely attracts a crowd on the weekends! We waited about 20 minutes for a table on a Saturday and ended up seated outside on a covered patio. The food is worth a visit. Pizza dough is made fresh daily and it is a good, chewy crust. The choices were varied and plenty of items for vegans and carnivores alike. I also enjoyed the salads. Come hungry! I will try this again!

Carry out too!! We just got a pan of lasagna and garlic bread for a party. It was great, and affordable. Looking forward to next time going back to eat in.

We had appetizer sample. Batter on oignon rings was great. Interesting and tasty chicken nuggets with a bite to it. Long wait on main course, wished pasta dishes (ravioli pesto and homemade lasagna) would have been hot. Those dishes were barely luke warm. Nice flavor though. Nice clean settings and outside seating available with large fans overhead. Would definitely come back.

I get my delivered and they are always fast and food is never cold. Everything I have ever ordered is always fresh.. Wish they would present more coupon choices instead of same ones. Would love to try different pizzas and other food choices. But don't want to pay the price if I don't like them...Thank You. MONTICELLO,WISCONSIN....

Went here twice on a recent visit to New Glarus. All of the food was great, especially their pizza. The service was also top notch. Can't say enough good things about this place

This place was fantastic. I came in town for the Ren faire and we found this place completely by chance. The service was wonderful, food was unbelievable ( the Mac and cheese and 4 alarm pizzas were great) the price was not too high ether. Go here! You need to try this place.

I have eaten here before and loved the pizza. So this trip I wanted my husband to try it. We went on Saturday at 515 were told a 45 minute wait so we went somewhere else. We went again on Sunday night around 6pm. We were seated within 5 minutes, but after 20 minutes of no one bringing us even a glass of water we left. There is no way my husband would ever go back. Tofflers service was top notch.

Poor service, our food took forever and it was wrong. We haven't been back in years.

Quick disclaimer: I've only been to Sugar River Pizza once. That said, it was the best mac-n-cheese pizza I've ever had. Great selection of drinks and craft beer. Staff was friendly, efficient, and good with our young child. They had a nice table upstairs to accommodate our party of 12; comfortable, warm/bright space. Looked to be some very nice outdoor dining spaces, but it was raining when we visited.

The BEST gluten free pizza crust I have had in the four years I've been eating gluten free (and I've tried many, many GF pizzas). The downside: the restaurant is uncomfortably loud.

Excellent food! We enjoyed cheese bread, a salad, a calzone, and a pizza. My only concern was a hose which was laid out along the entire walkway into the building. This created a tripping hazard, as everyone had to walk around it and step over it to get in the door. Not a safe situation for those of us who had elderly people in their party.

While the food was excellent as always great mac and cheese pizza although they did forget to put the foil underneath before placing it in the Box. My wife and I had gone in to get a carry-out order a small mac and cheese pizza and 1 lb of wings tossed in Buffalo sauce we wanted to use a gift card we had received. Everything was fine accept the fact that it took about 45 minutes for us to get our food. There seemed to be no management and the employees were very unorganized..

My wife and I love to eat at Sugar River Pizza whenever we stop in New Glarus. The pizza is great along with the salad. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
