Royal Bike Taxi Review

Keith is the BEST! It was our first time to Savannah and he gave us such an amazing and memorable experience. He is knowledgeable and so friendly and kind. We cannot wait to come back again!

Spotted a pedi-cab on our way into restaurant and asked if he's come back for us in 3 hrs. Andrew said yes, and picked us up for a leisurely ride to our next destination. Because we were early, asked if he could take the "scenic route." Though we didn't ask him to, he gave us a nice narrated tour of the several blocks to our meeting spot (he actually gave better "ghost" stories than the "ghost tour" we bought). Imagine our surprise when he charged us $45! That was more than the cab ride from the airport. We decided to walk back to our hotel after our ghost tour.

Ask for KEITH. He took us on personalized historical tour that was the highlight of our trip. Keith knows his stuff...ghost stories, history, and he will make a pit stop for sweet treats. A must on your Savannah Vacation.

William was our pedal to the metal driver last evening for our first ever trip to Savanna. We were so pleased with both he and the service we telephoned him after our dinner and asked him to take us back to where we were staying. We ll be using Royal Bike Taxi from now on during our stay. What a pleasure!!

My husband is working in Savannah and decided to go out for his bday well needless to say he totally got wasted and needed me to call him a taxi, well I'm home in Atlanta and had no idea where my husband and his coworkers went to celebrate all he knew was he was at a BP on river street so I get on Google and I type in BP on River Street I find the BP where he is then I can go and I googled the address to where his company has him staying last I google "Taxi on river street Savannah ga" and royal bike taxi picks my dunk and confused husband within five minutes and gets him to the hotel safely Thanks

Andrew was OUTSTANDING!!!! We were looking for a historical bike tour but wasn t sure how it worked. Issac was so helpful on the phone and Andrew met us at our car; we explained what we wanted and how long and he delivered! He remembered our names the entire time and asked us questions so he could tailor the tour to our liking. He gave us tons of historical info and places and restaurants to visit later. We started at about 7pm so we were able to get a day time and night time experience. He gave us ghost stories too! We are larger people but the taxi was comfortable and Andrew had a blanket for us since it was a little chilly. We will definitely be calling them again to have another tour or to get around Savannah. It is the best way to see the city and take in the beautiful sights. A++++++

Better than Uber!! As newlyweds and Savannah newbies my wife and I couldn't have been happier with Royal Bike Taxi, Keith is a total pro and an absolute gentleman. He gave us some basic history and pointers on where to eat and what to see while in town. We'll be calling on him for the duration of our trip!

My wife is 7 MONTHS PREGNANT and Greg, with Royal Bike Taxi, took EXCELLENT care of us. We were in town for our babymoon and booked a trolley to tour us around so my wife could take pictures. It was nice, but we couldn't see some of the taller structures due to the trolley's roof. So we go off to walk around. My pregnant wife was a great sport, but I quickly noticed she needed to get off her feet. That's when I found Greg. Without missing a beat, he kindly said he wouldn't mind taking us around and treated my wife like a queen. He took us around and stopped in nice shady spots while he answered my wife's questions about the town. He even suggested a nice place to eat and biked us half way across town to get to it. HE WAITED OUTSIDE so we could see the menu. He left us his card and said he wouldn't mind taking us around some more if we wanted. We were so delighted with his service, that later in the day, we called him back to see if he could get back to our car ACROSS TOWN. He gave us a EXCELLENT scenic tour back to our car, even stopping at great landmarks, so my wife could get out and take pictures. ***THE BEST PART***... without even offering, he just started positioning the bike taxi at great photo locations and then stepped out of the way so she could take the shot right from the bike taxi chair (i attached a photo). IT MADE HER DAY! He went everywhere for us and made it seem so effortless. He then took us across town within feet of our car. Amazing service! Thank you!!!!

Amazing service, arrived way earlier than I expected them to and the rates were superb. When some idiot from Savannah Petty-cab tried to compete with my cyclist for my business, she was very professional and polite despite his rude, hateful comments. She even apologized on his behalf and offered to discount our ride because his foolishness made us uncomfortable. Would love to ride with them again.

Chris the owner was very accommodating and Chris our driver was AMAZING!! They went out of their way to help us! Very friendly will use this service again and definitely recommend!!
Edit: we used this service TWICE more while in Savannah and Sam was amazing!! He made additional stops for us and was very knowledgeable about the area. We got historical info while getting to our destination!

Definitely a must! Me and my boyfriend had been walking around for hours in the heat before we found Chris on his pedi cab. He knew so much about the area and took us anywhere we wanted to go, local food, bars, and shops. He was very friendly and I highly recommend his service. Thanks Chris for such a lovely tour of beautiful Savannah :)
