Good mechanics and good customer service at suffolk auto exchange center

They sell a coupon book that is basically a scam. DO NOT BUY THEIR COUPON BOOK! ...or at least don't tell them you are using it until after they have performed work on your vehicle. When you show up to use the coupon book, they make some bogus excuse to turn you away. I went in first thing in the morning on two separate occasions for a simple oil change, and was told they were too busy to fit me in that day, and not to leave my vehicle there overnight because it could be stolen. They sure didn't look busy to me, and it usually only takes me about 30 minutes from start to finish to perform an oil change on my car (and I am not a professional). Also, their hours are atrocious for anybody who actually works for a living. Will not be returning to this so called business. Reported to the BBB and regional Consumer Protection Office.

I have been taking my trucks here, to brandon ,for maintenance for 3 years, always done with 100% satisfaction.

Worst company ever!!! They said they will call when the car is ready, but they never call and close for the day, closed the following day, and don't open again until Monday at 9 am when people actually work for a living. Kept the car knowing we have kids and a baby who we need to drive around (infant seat in the back seat). Never will take our car there again!

Purchased vehicle from them late Spring of 2015. Great vehicle and price! My daughter got into an accident at the beginning of this year and we brought it back to Suffolk Auto Exchange for major repair. It took about 2 weeks and at a very reasonable price. The car looked and pretty much drove as it did before. I few glitches here and there, but considering what the vehicle has been through..TWICE...Suffolk Auto Exchange took care of me better than expected. Frame alignment, almost the entire front end repaired or replaced, and paint job. Their auto-body shop definitely gets my thumbs up.

My husband has been taking ALL of our vehicles to Brandon for repairs. I can't say that we've ever been overcharged or given the run around in any circumstance. We've gotten our oldest son's girlfriend to purchase a vehicle from them as well, and she HAS NOT had any issues with the car since she's had it and has pasted inspections as well. Matter of fact she loves her Honda Accord!! We've recently purchased a Jetta for our youngest son and he loves it. We have a grace period to inform of any repairs needed, which I think is fair, and as long as we stay within that period his repairs will be taken care of. The entire staff is very friendly and respectful. They are a great group to do business with. They key is to communicate and everything will fall into place. We give them thumbs up from our family to theirs. Keep doing what you're doing guys!!!

Theses People's at This AUTO EXCHANGE Center Are Very BEAUTIFUL ! Very Nicely and Gives you the BEST DEAL I've EVER Seen in My LIFE

The owner, his family and the whole staff are very nice people. The mechanic and his staff are honest and reasonable. They are very down to earth folks and will help you and work with you. I've gotten two cars from Suffolk Auto Exchange, and now working on my third.

They were very helpful and honest. Would recommend them to friends and family. Love that it s a family run business

I bought a car from these people 3 years ago. Turned out to be a flood car. Burning oil and smoking all over the place. Yea it was you Kuros and your son Brandon! Out 1500. Live and learn.

I've been here before for new tires and a car inspection and they are decent people. They never seem to have time to do an inspection, I called and have gone down there several times and they are booked. I guess that's good for their business but it's hard for a customer to get in so I had to go somewhere else this year.

My only complaint is that when they did my tires, they messed with my thermostat and it broke off my car and now my thermostat in my car doesn't work and they didn't offer to fix it or anything and that really bothers me.

Great service... This is my second time here. First for an inspection and now an oil change. Jeff is very friendly and gets you in and out. The rest of the staff is quite friendly as well.

I will never ever never buy a car from here again. I will say that they worked with me for a while. I was in a rough patch and would fall behind with my payment. I had my car for almost 2years. Which by the way they told me it would be paid off by then. I wasn't even close. Everytime I made a payment more then half of it went to interested. I missed a payment right before Thanksgiving. They repossessed my car. When I called to see how much it would cost to get it back they informed us we would have to find someone else to Finance it. In the middle of my car note. Which I'm still not sure they can do. Then they informed me a car that was worth 10 grand I put 2,000 down and had been paying on for 2 years, that I still had 6,000 left on the note. Makes no sense. The car is 2006 over 200,000 miles on it. It's not worth another 6,000. I was told they do this a lot because tax time is rolling around and he can resale it with no one ever knowing. So I will never buy anything from here again. Plus the car had been wreaked in the front that's how they got it. I think they should have to tell you when they have been wreaked. So be careful of this place.

Best Mechanics I've ever dealt with. I'll never take my car anywhere but here. They have very fair prices and treat you well. In very thankful for them.

I bought a 2005 impala from here I crashed it the first day I took it back up there and there mechanics told me all for of my tires were dry rotted which is why the car kept sliding I had to buy a new hood cause they wouldn't replace it but they did change the tires which would habe been ok however I got pulled by the police 3 weeks later not only did they right me a ticket for having bad treads on my tires they also pulled my inspection sticker off told me it was counterfeit inspection sticker have me a ticket for that I hadn't had the car 2 months yet they literally sold me the car with a inspection sticker on it that wasn't real then when i asked them about it they could not produce any paperwork showing that the car was properly inspected if you go here and this place is still run by a man named shaheem turn around and walk away

I wish i could give them negative stars. They DID NOT disclose the fact that my car was totalled the month before i bought it. they are nice but that counts dor absolutely NOTHING when you selling cars that should not be sold.

After reading some of the reviews can't get my business.

Absolute liars. They sold me an engine and assured it was a good running engine, and shook my hand saying if there was a problem they would stand behind it. The motor was junk and they will not respond to phone calls, messages etc. Now I'm out several hundred dollars and the half a day I wasted going to pick it up. I would recommend you do business elsewhere to avoid winding up on the same situation.

I ll never get another car from here, sell cars for more than they are worth & not to mention it s always problem after problem with these cars. Most of your car payment goes to the interest. Just overall take your money elsewhere.

Never buy a car from Suffolk Auto Exchange not unless you to be harass by them on a regular. The girl that works their by the name of Tameka will call and then after she call and you make payment arrangement she is calling you on a regular basic like every other day to make sure that you are coming in to make your payment. Then on top of that she calling and say that if you don't make your payment by 2:00 your car will be up for repo. Don't she know people works during that time of day....I'm not sure if it and auto dealership or a daycare every time I go in their it about 4-6 kids in their if not running around they in a crib. COME ON PEOPLE CAN WE WORK TOGETHER PLEASE...

I took my car to get an inspection and a new tire mounted (they got it done quicker than I expected on a Saturday I will give them that). But when I got it home and looked at it (I should have checked before I left) the wheel powder coat was messed up on almost every spoke from the machine. I took it back up there to show them and this is the response I got from the owner/service manager after looking at it: "What can I say, I don't know if you did this or if we did it. I will give you your $20 back? I cannot pay for a wheel because they are expensive." I explained that the wheel is fine it just needs a new powder coat. He offered to split the cost of the powder coat if I brought him an invoice which I don't think is fair considering it did not go into the shop that way. This is my only car and I don't have a spare wheel so the chances of me getting my car in for a powder coat in one day are slim to none not to mention I have to front ~$120 for a repair that I may or may not get half covered. That's not right. I understand accidents happen especially with machinery but that is part of owning a business. Take your wheel work elsewhere.
