I was looking for a car for my daughter, and I saw a Car on his lot from carsurus a Honda Civic .I sent a email that I was interested, he call me back the next morning we chat for about a 2 minutes to set a time to meet. MAN I telling this guy Robbie is super nice and downtown to earth he made the transaction so smooth and he sell good cars or trucks. Me and Robbie hit it off like I been knowing him all my life this guy has great spirit don t see that in car salesmen these days ,if you want to buy a good reliable vehicle this the place to come you want be disappointed. I am so glad I chose this company just awesome people even his partner that work with Robbie was great.If I neeed another vehicle I definitely will check with Scott Motor Company.

My family had such a great experience with Monster Motorsports. My parents were on the market for a used Volvo. Since I have only owned Volvos over the past 10 years (3 to be exact) and I am considered our family's Volvo expert, I started my search for a needle in a haystack.

I am fairly picky about used Volvos. If I am purchasing a used Volvo, I always look for a thorough service history and an immaculate physical condition that matches the service history. Monster Motorsports had that needle; a beautiful 2001 Volvo S60 with 71K miles, with 45 Carfax certified service records from the Volvo dealer. After driving the car, I immediately recommended my parents purchase the vehicle. The interior and exterior were nearly perfect and all of the features worked without issue.

We had an excellent experience with Robbie, who provided a very high level of customer service! We were able to close the deal in about two hours. Bottom line; if you are looking for a good quality used vehicle that has been hand selected and thoroughly reconditioned, Monster Motorsports is the place to go! Anyone can put a car on a lot and resell it for a higher price, but only the best dealer will stand behind their products and sell you quality. I would certainly recommend Monster Motorsports for anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. Special thanks to Robbie for making the transaction as smooth as possible. We went in today to look at one pickup truck. Ended up getting a really good deal on a different pickup truck. these guys Scott and Robbie are the best to deal with. Straightforward, honest, no pressure, go in if you see something you like. Or tell him what you're looking for he'll go find it for you.

I have been trying to get ahold of this car dealership because I would like to purchase one of there trucks and every time I call it goes straight to voicemail or it rings till you get a loud beeping noise. I m 2hrs away and I can t just show up there so you would think they would have a working phone.

Bought a Nissan Altima for my teenage son and have been very happy with it. Monster had a great selection of clean, used cars and Robbie provides some of the best customer service we've ever had. In fact, we were in the market for a new car and Robbie put us in touch with some of his industry contacts - and we got a very good deal on that as a result of Robbie taking the time to make the introductions. The guy wasn't any good and couldn't properly calculate the price of the vehicle to send to my bank. He added two extra zeros. He wanted to place whiteout on alegal document. Then he didnt send the bank the buyers form and didnt send me one either . Dude was just unprofessional.

I bought a used vehicle from this business. Within a few days of driving off the lot the engine light was on. I called and wanted to return the vehicle. They said they would take care of all repairs if needed and we're sorry about the misunderstanding, but would not give me my money back. They assisted with repair cost, but did not cover all repair costs. The vehicle was unreliable and broke down multiple times within my ownership which was less than one year. This was supposed to be a great reliable vehicle. There were mechanics there and I took them at their word. For me, a man's word is what makes him. I believe this company's word speaks for itself as well as the products.

So far, so good. We got an excellent vehicle for a great price.

I drove from Wilson NC to purchased a 2011 F-1`50 that was just as described by Robbie. When you purchase a one owner that looks brand new I expect to pay close to retail. I was able to get a really good deal. We worked everything out over the phone and everything went smooth when I arrived. I had little problem with the vehicle. I called the guys and Scott called the warranty company to make sure things were handle correctly and helped me through the ordeal. These guys are the real deal, before, during and after the sell. It is nice dealing with someone that is ethical. Thanks Guys Doug
