Very little help or support for a very steep price ($210+ per month). Make sure to read the fine print in the contract. They require a full year plus charge for 3 additional months when you cancel.
The service after the sale is definitely lacking. Constantly we are told that "we are assisting multiple church's" and other similar statements that really make it difficult to feel like you are valued what-so-ever. We had absolutely no service, except for multiple automated attendants. The customer service line isn't answered and voicemails are never returned. I do like the product so far for the most part, however, the service provided leaves a terrible desire. Also, be really careful of hidden fee's. We constantly are being told things cost more.
The quality of their services have been SUB-par at best. Apps always go down on the biggest days of the year. A steep price to pay.
Amazing company all around! They know what it means to value people, both staff and clients!
