GO WITH ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM.

GO WITH ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM.
I moved out last year and had been renting from them for nearly five years, they made every effort to not give me my deposit back. I spent days cleaning the house/yard and cleaned what she told me to clean on the pre inspection to no avail. It had already been weeks after we moved when they finally conducted the final inspection and that s when I was informed that I would not be receiving a portion of my deposit roughly $800 is what they kept. Furthermore the house wasn t even that clean when we moved in and don t plan on anything in the house to ever really be fixed because they use cut rate maintenance men to fix stuff. After the hailstorms of 2018 we had a few leaks in the kids rooms and all the did was a patch job on the ceiling weeks after the event, one of them needing to be redone after many calls. They didn t even send a clean up crew to the house after the leaking ceilings from the hailstorm and no mold inspection was done on the areas of the ceiling that had been wet for weeks.
This agency operates on zero morals and integrity and will not put the interest of their tenants first.

I truly thought this would be a good stop, to work with Colorado Su Casa Property Management. HOWEVER, it is good ONLY if

1) You don't mind being told the lease will not renew, but no reason is given.
2) When you inquire again, "Why no renewal", and Nancy Milliron tells you, "Chris, we are under no obligation to renew your lease or provide you with any specific reasons for non-renewal." Very responsible and ethical business practice there, Nancy. The ethical and moral business owners out there, would at least offer a critique as to "why", then allow one to correct any mistakes. She did NONE.

It is unfortunate their responsibilities end whenever they decide to, to hell with the tenant! I have a disabled son. I know this is linked to him. Sad, but true. Discrimination.......be careful. Now I have to wonder what will become of my $2,400 security deposit. No worries, that is what small claims court is for, But that alone will be interesting, for they never did a walk-around with me and never had me sign off on ANY condition of the building when we first moved in. Yep, they seem to like and set up folks for failure.

One of the worst ran property management companies I have ever worked with. They found ways to scam myself and roommates out of our full deposit and then charged us on top of the deposit. They charged us to patch and repaint rooms that never had anything hung up on the wall to patch, mind you a lot of those things they patched were already there and disclosed. $1800 worth of charges, including removing things in the garage that were there when we moved... example paint and cleaning supplies. Also charged us to remove a washer and dryer that they included as appliances on the lease. Oh and cleaning for 30 hours that's almost a full week 8-5.... stay away from these guys. We often paid early and never late, very low matinence, and honestly the perfect tenants. This is what they do you to when you decide to not renew your lease since you re no longer going to be in the state. STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AT LEASE END....

I love how kind these people are. How easy the rental process was. The property we rented is clean and very well kept. I am truly grateful to have found these people and this place to live with my boyfriend and our two kids. Look forward to possibly buying thru this company. Very satisfied

Renters beware! The townhomes on Banner Court! This is the worst rental company I ve ever rented from!
First let me start by saying I was a single mom and I rented from this company for three years. I paid my rent on time every month. I would normally pay my rent a week early.

Last winter the heater broke over a holiday weekend. They didn t want to send anyone out to look at the heater until the next work weekday because it would cost them to much money in service fees to come immediately. The temperature outside at the time was only 8 degrees. Until maintenance came we had to use our fireplace for heat. When someone finally came out they couldn t fix the heater but had to replace it because it was too old. They stated the new one wouldn t be ready until the end of the week. At least the maintenance people gave us some space heaters to use until then.

A few weeks later a pipe leading to the basement shower burst while my son was showering. Again it was very cold outside and I later learned the pipe was never installed correctly. Water went everywhere and started to flood the basement. We had to shut the water off to the whole townhome. This happened during another long holiday weekend and I called the emergency maintenance phone number. Again they wouldn t send someone over immediately because of the costs. Until the maintenance person came, we couldn t cook, take showers, wash our hands or even use the toilet. The kicker to all this was we had to clean up the water and mess ourselves.

I rented because I wanted the security of having maintenance issues dealt with quickly and correctly when they came up. I did not want to have to deal with things on my own as a home owner. I feel like the things they did to us was illegal and just plain wrong.

I have 2 boys and we were left with no heat and no water all because they did not want to pay extra for a holiday service charge.

I should have seen the warnings signs as before I first moved in, my mom flew out and helped me clean the townhome. It was dirty and I had to rent a carpet cleaner to clean the carpets myself.

Because of the maintenance issues I finally decided to leave after 3 years of faithfully paying my rent on time. I spent days cleaning making sure the place was better than when I first moved in. I was still charged a cleaning fee and was charged a fee to replace the carpet that was 20+ years old.

I had to call off work both times to deal with my rental and lost money taking those days off! When I asked for a discount on rent for the issues I had during those months they told me no!

Please be careful renting from them. They are terrible and I feel are slumlords! I m going to turn them into DORA because they shouldn t be renting if they can t afford to do maintenance over weekends and holidays and it s very legal to leave your tenants without heat in 8 degree weather!

All employees are very helpful. They always answered my questions with knowledge and promptness. The maintenance is quick to reply and to fix the issues. The website is easy to maneuver as well. It was a pleasure to get my first home in CO with them. Thank you

Nancy and I have worked alongside one another on maintenance repairs. She is easy to contact and quick to respond. I will continue to help service her properties in a timely manner. I would totally recommend her for property management.

If I could give less than a single star, you better believe I would. These people strung me along for over a week telling me each step of the way that my credit was fine and all they needed was job verification, which they got. After telling me that credit was fine and they just needed that and we would be good to go, they call me and tell me they rented to another person 20 minutes before they called me. They told me the home was available and never said they had multiple apps on it. They have left me with a new job I have to take in 2 weeks with an out of state move and no home after stringing me along so long that there isn't time to find another home. I even point blank asked if I had the home and if everything was fine and was told if there was an issue with credit or anything else, they wouldn't be verifying my income yet they rent to someone else the same day they are supposed to tell me what the deposits will be. Terrible ethics. If you have an application fee to burn and like being lied to, feel free to use this company.
