I've known the clinic for seven years, since Luna and I arrived a puppy just 4 months in my house, the first vaccines, the first respiratory difficulties related to the Carlino breed have been overcome with the help of serious professionals that I have reconfirmed now that Luna had a serious pathology. I read the answer to my post and I want to specify for the reader, that I went only the first time, in October 2018, for a second opinion, while, in this second and last circumstance, I had brought my poor cat to make a tac , and according to this some preliminary and agreed examinations, moreover, unfortunately, the statement according to which, thanks to the needle aspirated, has reached a certain diagnosis of the pathology of my cat and between the other I understand that the diagnostic procedure used falls within those called mini-invasive ... therefore not harmless as defined.

No respect for animal or master.
A few months ago I discovered that my cat has a tumor, I take it to the oncologist and carry out, under sedation, a series of tests including the aspirated needle. The result of this last examination, cmq invasive and painful as it is still a matter of piercing a mass and removing pieces of tissue, does not give clarifying results, assumes a lymphoma but does not specify which type and I am given an indication to do tac and biopsy to give the neoplasm a certain name and to evaluate how to proceed.
I bring the cat and reports for a second opinion from the Mattalia study confirming the oncologist's diagnosis.
I decide to submit him to a CT scan and contact the veterinarian of Margarita's office again, I agree with him, both verbally and in writing, the costs (certainly anything but cheap) and the tests to do before performing the tac. I agree that he would have done only the blood tests and the rays (albeit unfortunately I know that for cats it is a source of much stress and a sick cat less stress is better).
For this reason I wanted to rationalize the exams and subject them only to those strictly necessary, less invasive and more effective, also considering that, in recent times, he had already done so many, too many, little ones.
We remain therefore understood that the following day one of my appointees would have brought him the cat to carry out the agreed exams and the veterinarian writes me that, in case he thought it necessary to do also others, he would have contacted me by telephone.
The next day, phone the veterinarian to find out the results of the agreed exams. To my bewilderment, the same one tells me that he decided AUTHORITARILY to make him yet another needle aspirated on the tumor mass, I am shocked because I had already regretted having made him do the first, which proved to be useless, let alone a second that was done to him also live, without a minimum of sedation, as well as against my will.
I ask the veterinarian how he is allowed to act in such a way, on the skin of my cat and this answers me that he does not like that he is given restraints and that if he does not fit me I only had to look for another veterinarian. But such a thing had to tell me before and not to things done, when the damage is now done and you can not go back !!!
It is shameful!
I therefore await the outcome of the needle-aspirated needle which appears, just as I said, once again useless, the only result a new blow for my poor cat. Unfortunately, I made the big mistake of trusting that studio, but I never thought we would have to suffer such impropriety.
Unfortunately there was not even a minimum of respect on the part of the veterinarian towards us, not even an apology for this behavior that I would have ever expected from a professional veterinarian whom I thought I had addressed.
By now, unfortunately, we are not going backwards, but certainly never again in this vet studio !!!!!!!

Yesterday I took my dog for an anterior knee X-ray.
Appointment at 2.30 pm with the osteopath, he shows up half an hour later on the phone, telling me that he would finish the call and would come immediately to us.
He leaves the office at 3:30 pm and begins to visit him in the waiting room, touching his knee, in the midst of people who were waiting their turn.
Then he takes the dog to do the x-ray, dragging him vehemently off the leash between tears and stress that he still carries around.
I wait 15 minutes and I see them go out, my dog was scared to death and once the leash was in my hand I hid under my legs and was shaking like a leaf.
I have had experiences with at least 10/15 vets but I have never seen such a reaction from my puppy.
