I would not know how to thank Cristiano and the whole team of professionals who managed to save Birba (little mixed-race) from certain death caused by a very dangerous gutting (which involved half the length of the dog with organs leaked) used by a bite of a German shepherd. We relied completely on the care of Cristiano and team, who welcomed us and Birba with care and safety typical of decades of experience. Even on a human level we felt "carried by the hand" in all the decisions and critical phases of the process. Now Birba is completely out of danger, is at home with us, runs / plays / eats and manages to give us all his affection again, perhaps even more than before. He also established a relationship of trust with the Clinic, where he now goes more calmly, wagging his tail to the doctors. We are extremely satisfied with the experience of the technical, human and economic management of the situation.
