Stroke & Brain Specialist, PA Review

They were not really good at passing messages along to the medical staff. The PA was out, we were never told that & the message was never passed to the doctor or another medical staff member

It's always best to seek a second opinion. That's all I'm saying.

Made appointment for a family member to only see a physician. Two days before my appointment the office called to change the time from 9:45 am to 8 am which we agreed to. We showed up today before 8 am only to be told our appointment was not at 8am but the original time and that there was no physician in the office today. Completely unacceptable for a medical practice.

Would not advise going to this practice. This is the definition of a money racket. I have been a patient for a couple years there. Not once have I talked to an actual doctor for more than around 30 seconds to a minute for each visit. And I m then expected to pay hundreds of dollars? Not to mention they have now charged me twice for a missed appointment this week for a total of 60$ after I got stuck in a traffic jam due to an accident and refused to let me show up a few minutes late at all. Instead they would rather deny me and charge me the 30$ for a missed appointment. No thanks.

Our daughter loved Dr. Mangeshkumar & the staff here, dealing with her migraines. She trusted them, which speaks volumes.

First visit I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time to finally see someone. Took 3 months to get MRI and EMG. Wanted me to wait two more months to review results. The guy that did the EMG was down right strange. Just sat there scratching at something in his hair/head. After 4 visits I finally had enough of the unprofessional atmosphere and didn t even want to go back for the EMG results since I didn t trust the man that did the testing. Now they want to charge me for a missed apptointment. What about the hours of wait time I endured past my appointment times? Very unprofessional business and would not recommend. They really need an office manager to get this place in order! I would not trust them to touch me ever again!

Mediocre practice, I'm assuming from the cause of too many patients and not enough doctors.

These ppl are rude and if you owe money they won't treat you. No wonder there is so much mental health in this world. You all have no heart. If someone was dying and owed money they would kick you to the side and take a patient who pays. Never will i EVER GO HERE.

Have had nothing but horrible experience with this office. Had to reschedule an MRI 3 times a few months ago because magically their machine was broken every time but twice I got the phone call as I was driving to the appointment!!!! Now today I got a bill for a missed appointment because I did not give 24 hrs notice. I am sorry that my work hours are their hours and what office does not have a voicemail!! Tried 3 times to call and thay have no way to leave a message. Also they say that they are sorry they have to do this but its because of limited neurologist in the area!! What a joke. I have already found 2 new offices to look at
