Stratosphere quality is the worst employer ever! Supervisors shouldn't even have that title. No authority or structure what so ever. They will fire you for something that they told you was OK to do. If I could give negative stars I would.

This company is a joke, unprofessional and does not handle business well at all! I had to leave due to being, unorganized, horrible communication, they blow you off, give you the run around, ignore you and most of all extremely dishonest. Everyone is lazy and I am contacting the BBB because someone has to want to do their jobs! I am not the one to be ignored at all when I did my part. I was told one thing then to find out everyone was being dishonest, brushing me off and then came the weekend so they bascially said whatever about me.
This company is a joke. A quality company with no quality.
I worked for stratosphere in northern Kentucky. I would give -100 stars if I could. We worked maybe 2-3 times a week for the most part and the company is ran by drunks. My supervisor came in 3 sheets to the wind one day, we called HR and everything and nothing was done. We had videos and proof. But when the higher chain of command is just as bad what can you do. It s a complete trash poorly ran company and I have no clue how they re still in business.
Supervisor in one of the locations is unfair and the leaders she has under her are unprofessional.
Very poor inspection. It's not the inspectors fault. it's the supervisors. The amount of lights we have passed for Mercedes is awful. water spots, contamination, broken clips, glue, and so much more. the supervisors push for so much to get do that people will just mark on the lights and not check them just to meet supervisors needs. Big companies don't hire these guys. you will get a lot of problems and get a lot of customer complaints.
