This place is awful. Communication i s poor meals are lousy and it's boring as heck for it's residents. I spent 250.00 to ddrop a simple package to a friend and they never get it to him. He's languishing at this place. Don't use it!

From the very first day we were there we loved the location and the facilities that were provided. The Staff were very helpful in providing us with all the necessary information so that we were able to make the final commitment to place my wife there so that all her needs would be met and to make her as comfortable as possible. Being able to visit her there at any time- day or night- was also a big plus. Thanks to the entire Staff at Stratford Commons.

It won't let me post lower than one star, or I would. It will sound terrible, but my loved one is dying there and it will be a relief when I don't have to step into that building again. My fingers would cramp if I tried to type all the red flags and bad experiences I've encountered. Do your homework and don't rely on word of mouth like I did when we were pressed to find a place quickly for our failing uncle.

I have been very pleased with the care my sister has received at Stratford. The staff is friendly, caring and attentive. The place is immaculate and has a relaxed vibe when you walk in. They have activities too...including music, crafts and bingo...other stuff too. My sister's favorite is pet therapy. My sister could not sit up when she arrived but can now walk to the bathroom and shower by herself. She had broken her leg badly. Due to arthritis she may need to stay long term. But that is OK. It is a safe place for her which is what we all want for our loved ones.
