Worked for this company for about a year. If you like being ignored or wait days for a response about your concerns and questions regarding anything, that's exactly what will happen once you got the job.
Oh and when you consider further employment with them and check openings along your way. Don't mention you've been doing your research with other companies or even tell them you're considering other openings because you will likely be told you're playing the system and not a good fit for the company.
