Only reason I'm 4 starring is due to the lack of competition in the area. Pretty much the only choice for internet in the area. Prices are reasonable and staff is very helpful. In my experiences they are non pushy. They tell you your options and help you decide what's best for you.
Strata has the best customer service. They are very knowledgeable and if they aren't sure, they will reach out and get the accurate information. I'm very pleased that they call me with better deals. Who does that nowadays? Strata does!

Some of the best costumer service you'll find in the communication industry. Best thing to do is call and get everything lined up and Then stop in.. I don't know what it is but there customer support over the phone is so much better, nicer, and explains things much clearer.
Ok, not sure who writes these reviews other than bots, but here is the truth as I see it. I pay for service 24/7. I get it...sometimes. They have good people working here but the services and prices DO NOT compare. I've lived all over the U.S. and the price is premium. The actual product is what can best be described as optimal for the location. I don't know the struggles they face with "Big Business" providers or land owners, etc. What I know is, I pay a premium price for the product and receive a less than decent internet service. Their service people work hard! They are trying. The service is simply land locked. Take that for what you will. Just know you'll pay 1G prices for 25 Mbs service. Finally, understand this, they have a monopoly here. If you want internet of any type over 4 Mbs, you will pay their price. Period. They have the rights to towers, etc.
They actually verified my information which is important now a days. Also friendly and fast! They are Thorough. They make sure to get things done right the first time. I love strata and recommend them to everyone.
