Good: Has a formula that works for immigration outside the regular channel. But this is getting outdated.
Bad: The work is amateurish and unprofessional, poor turnaround time, ridiculously high fees.
Ugly: Short tempered, screamed at me and my friend (client as well). Gave partial information and encouraged me to file for a status that was not required, simply to extort more money.

Immigration is difficult as it is. Last thing one needs is a lawyer who tires to milk you for money and doesn't represent your interest. Much better and cheaper options away.
