Very unprofessional and sneaky. They put us up in a horrible hotel with multiple problems, the owner argued with our bus driver in front of the entire group, and we had many miscommunications that could have been solved if an agent stayed with our group. Do yourself a favor and pick a more organized and professional travel agency!
I have worked with Straight A tours for over 20 years. I have travelled with them as a sponsor for two different high schools in Texas, TAFT and LONDON. Straight A tours was also the travel company for the South Texas All Star band, a group of director nominated musicians from Region 14, on two occasions as well. I first met Tom Finizio Sr and Tom Jr back in 1994 and find their personality and way of doing business caters to educators with the student in mind.
I have travelled with Straight A at least 9 times in the past 26 yrs, and have never had any issue with this company. I ve travelled via charter bus and airline and recommend them highly. They've always been a phone call away during the planning and pre-travel stage and have had a representative meet us at the airport and hotel. I ve chosen not to have a representative with us at all times, cmon I ve travelled enough, but they are available to others that may need to feel catered to.. Tom and his staff have always been professional and handled any situation quickly and with my groups best interest in mind. He s on call at anytime and gives my group special attention every time we go to Florida.

Our band kids from Magnolia West HS, got to go to Disney World and Universal Studios for Spring break. It was a blast. They got to march around Disney's Magic Kingdom one night. I had not been in 48 yrs when I was little and my son had never been. It was a great experience with everything from the hotel, security guard at night for the kids, charter buses, the parks and the grand finale which was The Blue Man Group!! It was amazing!! Hi highly recommend them.

Straight A Tours is top notch! We booked a trip for our High School groups to perform at Disney in California. He set up a great package with an even better price. Going from Wisconsin to California was not an easy trip via Charter bus. We hit Colorado and a snow storm closed the road we were supposed to use. He was on the phone with the bus companies and rerouted us with a driver change, all in the middle of the night. Saved our trip and kept us on track. I've traveled with a lot of companies throughout my life and Straight A Tours is the way to go!! We are heading to Chicago this year and in two years planning a cruise out of New Orleans.
