Very unprofessional and sneaky. They put us up in a horrible hotel with multiple problems, the owner argued with our bus driver in front of the entire group, and we had many miscommunications that could have been solved if an agent stayed with our group. Do yourself a favor and pick a more organized and professional travel agency!
