The representative who called was unprofessional and uneducated
First she calls and speaks in Spanish finally had to ask to speak in English or let me speak to someone else. After a lokng explanation that the treatment has to be done within 10 days of the onset of Covid symptons, she proceeds to schedule after this. Had to stop her why if this would be after the 10 days, she was confused. Just hung up, she didn't make sense. Please train your staff.

STRAC has done amazing things! Eric Epley is admirable, and does what is best for patients and the general public. Everyone at STRAC is friendly and polite to stakeholders, customers, and partners. The Admin team works very hard to keep the STRAC machine running smoothly. They are big on their image and appearances. With that being said, if you ever work there "fit the mold", they are not cultured, diverse, or transparent. "Different" is looked at negatively by most employees (not all), to the point anything you do or say is perceived negatively and exaggeratingly taken out of context. I know this from experience and from speaking privately to tenured employees that work there. The tenured employees have worked together a long time coming from other medical and emercency medical settings together, making a trusting and close team among them. STRAC leads the way in healthcare innovation and processes. I am amazed at what they have been able to accomplish in such a short period of time.
