Sharing personal experience.
1. They damaged the cot which is gifted by family and worth of 80K. They are saying we can repair and they applied patches which looks very ugly
2. Damaged the sofa cum bed during transportation the sofa cum bed was in good condition which there packing already knows it. Now they are saying we cannot compensate this😡
3. Damaged the hot water bottle worth of 1600 rupees and they are saying we can compensate 500 rupees for this.
4. Just now realized washing machine is not working as expected and plumber mentioned something happened during the shifting get the assistance from washing machine vendor which is another expense for me

It's a shame on StowNest for such a worst experience with respect to packing, transportation, storage, delivery and customer interaction.

My personal and humble request to everyone never ever have such a pathetic experience/services anytime in your life. it is a such wors and frustrating experience with Stownest.
