I've been using Storyblocks for several years now. As a freelance eLearning developer I need stock photography all the time. Stock photography sites can offer great prices but usually the quality and selection are poor. When a stock photography site includes a vast selection of high quality images, it can be expensive. Storyblocks offers the wide selection of high quality images for a very affordable price. I will be a loyal subscriber to Storyblocks for years to come.

Wonderful resource for those who create inspirational videos. You almost never run out of footage or ideas. I have a non-monetized YouTube channel where I use Storyblocks footage, mostly of nature, to accompany Baha i prayers and scripture put to music. Storyblocks is perfect resource for footage for inspirational videos of any Faith or spiritual practice.

I'm really not happy with the quality and selection of music since I've resubscribed, and I'd like a refund, but have been told it's not possible. Seems the music is now supplied by only a handful of people, and it all sounds the same. I'm going to have to looks elsewhere to find the right music for my client.
Edit: After some more digging it seems to be more the website's search engine more than their selection. Still makes finding the right content difficult. This needs improvement.

While I have not had the pleasure of traveling to Arlington, VA, to visit their offices, I can share that I have used the photos and videos to enhance my computer class presentations! It's a joy knowing I have solid resources to find what I need for the faculty and staff to curate beautiful and fun series of classes! With this pandemic in progress, I am using the Storyblocks to create creative projects just for fun and to keep my creative mind active.

From the start-up, with less available budgets, where the priority is getting the most cost-effect solution without compromising quality. Whether it's your own project or for a client, Storyblocks helps you achieve the same professional look and feel of a much higher priced stock video service.
For full time pros, where budget is less a worry, selection with the subtle nuance to advance the narrative with the exact nuance becomes the priority.
You can pay more for video, sure, but you won't get much better than the material already available for direct use or even for inspirational source material to help you work out your own storytelling solutions. So you can buy one video on the higher-priced competitor--or you can pay for a month of unlimited video resources on Storyblocks.

I have been a Storyblocks customer since 2017. I highly recommend it to anyone who is needing any sort of stock video for their projects. I m fact, all the media offerings from this company are spot on. The price cannot be beat and the video quality is top-tier!

Look, obviously we all want to use as much of our own footage possible. But you know what? Sometimes I can't get to Mars. Sometimes I can't make it to Europe.

Amazing footage in every quality level you could ever need. You can search for nearly anything and find related footage. It saves me so much time and brings my videos up a level. I use Storyblocks primarily to fill in gaps in training videos I create for my company. Great value as well.

In producing weekly streaming services for our church, I used a video clip I found on Google. What a shock to have Facebook delete that church service from our church page for more than a week, until I had worked things out with the owner of that clip. After paying the owner $99, I searched for an alternative.
