During that time, someone broke into my unit, cut my locks, and stole nearly half of my belongings. They had noticed the broken locks earlier that day but didn’t bother to call me until much later, with a dismissive excuse. Their solution? Move me to another building that would also be unlocked 24/7 while the owner was away. No real apology, just blame for the type of locks I used. They also waited until I had moved everything out before telling me I should have called the police. With only one camera pointed at the door inside the building and none outside, I wouldn’t trust them with anything valuable. Recent reviews confirm this isn’t an isolated incident—others have had units broken into over the past 7 months. For $60 a month, you might get robbed and then blamed for it.
