This company is failing clients who rent space from them.. their computer payment system fails all day today. only after 2 calls from local Petaluma agent was I able to pay your demand for payment.
IT IS MY OPINION THAT YOUR SYSTEM OWES ME CREDIT ON M account, even if yYOUR SYSTEM CAN LOCATE MY ACCOUNT!

Based on your Petaluma location, torn up office, 3 different employees that only 1 could actually access my account acter I had to wait in my car for over 20 minutes, your corp is failing me at least.
I AM BEING CHARGED $179. per month AND YOUR SYSTEM IS FAILING!
I EXPECT TO BE GIVEN THE NEXT MONTH AT NO COST BECAUSE OF YOUR SYSTEM FAILURES.
