The company has a great product, solid foundation. But internally they are a little bit toxic, doesn t feel like a company that wants to help make a good product rather just chasing whatever they can do to make a buck.

I applied for a job in this building, nice building, plenty of parking, was really able to sit around and feel like a nervous nelly before my job interview. Didn't get the job but all in all 10/10 building would apply to jobs here gain.

If you are an MSP looking to sell the best backup product for your clients', stay far away from this place. You will pay thousands for a product that is flawed and a support staff that you will pay thousands for support contracts and they will hang you out to dry. We have had servers down needing restoring and will get 0 call backs after weeks of leaving messages. These guys are the worst around. They will tell you they will add enhancements to their product and have 3 new releases over the course of many years and never address the issues. Just a song and dance from one of the worst customer service oriented company's I have ever had the displeasure of working (or not) with. We moved 100 clients away from this horrible company after spending in upwards of $200,000 for software licensing. I can't say enough bad things about this place. You have been warned.

Ehhh the software works, but the support and recover process is terrible. They are masters at creating obstacles between you and your desired end result.

1. To download recovery media they want license key. REALLY?
2. After figuring that out I need to install software to create the recovery environment. REALLY?
3. If that wasn t enough, I have to install Windows features to support the creation of the recovery media.
4. Once done installing, then I have to create the recovery bootable media (why can t you just give me this in a download and skip all that?)
5. Now I have to install the ISO onto a USB drive
6. I called support, forced me to create a ticket on their website FIRST, because this is easier for them not me.

All in all, it s all about them and not customer experience.

Here is my process with Acronis:
1. Download ISO and save to USB.
2. Boot to USB, click recover, point to NAS with Image.
3. Device is restored.

I m on a time crunch helping a new customer who s old IT provider set this up, and I m now at 7% waiting for the 2GB of Windows feature to finish downloading just so I can build the recovery ISO. As a managed IT provider you must have all 3, speed, support, and reliability. This process so far is 0/2, and TBD if recovery will work.
