Am looking for a new self storage in the area and this one looks promising. Later access hours then other places I've looked. Will definitely consider this location.

Been here so many times and every time its a good experience

I have been using this location for a while and can honestly say that Cristina always provides me with excellent service! If I ever have any questions about anything I always get prompt responses from her and that is truly appreciated! I would recommend anyone to use this facility and always refer them to Cristina.

This is a storage facility. They have a wide variety of spaces to fit most anyone's needs. They also have space to store a vehicle such as a camper or trailer. The staff is friendly and professional. Their prices are in line with the going market rate.

Very helpful staff, great location. I've been going thru tough times and have been late every month with my storage rent for the past 9 months. Never have I been treated poorly or less than because of this. Thru contribute to work with me and I'm grateful to not lose my things. Plenty of restrooms and trip hatred for exit and entrance

I came here uncertain of the size I needed to store my office furniture and the staff was extremely helpful. Prices are very affordable. Property is clean and huge!

So far, so good. Prices are more than competitive. Offices are clean and organized. Grounds are nice. Buildings seem to be well maintained. Security appears good. Staff was extremely helpful. Online link process was a little cumbersome, but doable. Unit itself looks good. I am hopeful that this will be a good long term experience for us.

These people are crooks that do not follow the law and will try to weasel out of paying insurance when your unit gets broken into. Despite their lies about how secure their facility is and couldn't even remember the last time it happened, the police who took the report confirmed otherwise, telling me they have a break in at storage etc almost every week.

What's worse, when trying to file my insurance claim the manager Dominic illegally locks me out of my unit in retaliation, then has the audacity to try telling me I'm a scamartist in the middle of the front office. Check your boy storage etc.

Great 1st time experience renting a public storage unit. Really great service. Definitely less expensive than the big guys.

I recently visited los feliz storage and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this storage facility to friends and family.

The property is beautiful. Prices are great and staff is super helpful and patient.

The people and their service was great. The startup was painless and the facilities are clean and easy to navigate. There has been great attention to the security of the facility as well. If have to give only one criticism is that I would like to see a bit longer hours for access. Other than that, they have only been wonderful to deal with thus far.

I was previously with Storage Etc. for about a year, and because of career demands I moved to Wilmington Delaware but was,nt satisfied with that area so I moved back to Los Angeles. Before moving back I telephoned Storage Etc , and informed them that I was moving back and they reserved a storage unit for me . I find there service lower in price , and security one of the best in Los Angeles, so thumbs Storage Etc. I would recommend your service as the best in Los Angeles.

On Feb 27th I was locked in to the Rosemead facility due to a power outage.I am still waiting for the correct email address so I can email my experience although I already left a voice message in detail and the only voicemail I received was to call him back no apology or concern for what happened. In the end the police had to go to the main office and get someone to help me. The police were already passing me by but because I had a flashlight they eventually saw me. There was no override crank to get me out the mgr who lives there complained that he doesn't work after 6 and not his job to be there that I should come to my storage earlier that I should've called another no for a response and finally no apology. I was there an hr waiting and had the police missed me I'd be there all night. I thought for sure someone would check the units when they realized the power was down and there was NO security, but no. I was made to feel it was my fault. Very unhappy with the mgt there still waiting for jay tropila? To email his correct email

They offer several different types of rentals some are drive up some have elevator access , and some have stair access I myself chose one with stair access because the rent was ridiculously low considering the area that they are located well worth the trade-off. They also offer you one day free truck rental to move your things in which saves a lot of money on having to rent a U-Haul which is great. Their gate hours are reasonable 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.. They are on an extremely large piece of property and the facility spans quite a distance so getting back and forth to your unit from their office can be a pain, but other than that this place is a good deal. P.S. as a company they seem very well structured an organized and the facility particularly their main office is very well done, clean, and nice to look at

Oh baby cant get enough of this place! I love that it is so big, like it's own city that needs a zip code.

Dominic. Edwin. Chris. And Jasmine all gave excellent customer service during my few months there and especially during my move out which I had to do over the phone from afar with their help. They even took photos for me. Very grateful to them and would use anyday over larger big box facilities. TY!

The girl at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. I will never refer this place because someone might punch her in the mouth!

Really clean Storage and prices are pretty decent Kristen helped me and my mother out with getting our space. She was super helpful and the manager Domique was also very friendly. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a safe & clean place to store.

I never thought I'd describe a storage company as a great company, primarily because my past experience has been with Public Storage and overall.. not good. This is a great company. Good management starts at the top and trickles down. Good habits follow... Dominic is a great find for this company. You couldn't ask for more... he's friendly, helpful and efficient. He doesn't put you through any nonsense... just gets it done for you and makes you feel like you're doing business with a friend or neighbor. Can't say enough good things about Dominic.

This location isn't the closest to me... yet all the positives of my experience wipe out that small detail.

You won't find a better storage solution.

VERY happy to get on board here and so far the service has been solid.

We had some SLIGHT communication issues up front that meant that I had to wait a bit longer on my move-in day, but that's because one employee was covering for another. Not a huge deal. t was certainly less taxing than say, a car rental or applying for a condo or getting a minor surgical procedure done.

Just bring a lock, your proof of renter's insurance (I used mine from my house), and then go from there. I found their team to be pretty solid overall and rather friendly. The only minor issue I have is with the hours, but when you consider the security problems that would pop up from 24/7 operations then it's fairly easy to see why the access hours are a good idea.

Clean facility, good location. There is a young lady at the front who was not that friendly but Henry was very friendly and helpful when I stopped in again the previous week. Thank you.

Security and privacy is great and always clean. Very nice and helpful staff.

Wow. Be careful here. I put in my 30 days notice, then paid the next month s rent even though I would be leaving mid-month. I expected they would do a final accounting and refund any overage like most residential landlords. Au contraire, their policy is to not refund any overpayments. Outrageous! I ve never heard of such a thing!

I've been renting there for over five years now. Got an email saying that my CC had bounced (had received a new card) and that I was being charged a $15 penalty fee. Why didn't they email me right away and I would have sorted it!!!? So next time I'm in town I'll be moving my stuff to another storage place. Now they got their $15 penalty fee and will in turn miss out on many more years of rental fees. Apparently they don't care as you just don't treat long term customers like that.

The facility is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

After days of searching for a storage, I finally found this one that checked all my boxes. Christina was very pleasant and helpful. Glad I found you guys.

The manager Ryan is f***ing awesome! I stop by to pay my rent sometime, just so I can say hi to the excellent staff! One time, their corporate accounting guy Greg was there. Even he was super cool! No wonder this company rocks with staff like like. I will always store my stuff with Storage Etc!

The manager Dominic is outstanding and very caring to his customers. He is also most personable!

Clean facility and friendly helpful staff. Getting up and down the steep stairs is awkward and hazardous since there's no elevator, use great caution using the stairs while trying to carry out boxes, bags, etc.

Krystin and Dominic really helped me out today when I got there. Made me feel as though I was already a customer with them. Definitely will recommend.

Great place to store your stuff and vehicles! 2 entrances with easy access in and out.
Great Location with a traffic light intersection.

No passenger elevator, not enough hours open. Yet go storage than go shop or out to eat with Costco shopping plaza across street, Souplantation, Starbucks and sizzler up the street. Location is convenient to everything from dining, shopping to catch a train. Just be ready for stairs and the unit with cargo only lift are located in the back of the property.

I am a stager and have had plenty of experience with storage companies. Dominic and his team are, by far, the best I have encountered. They are informative and courteous, which seems to be rare in this type of business. Be sure to take advantage of the free rental truck for your first load in. It is a definite perk.

Helped my friend move some items and the staff was amazingly friendly. I would suggest using them to other friends and co workers.

Left this storage company and went to public storage.- best decision ever. I will not use them again or refer them to anyone. 2 thumbs down.

Have had a unit here for 2 years. The pricing is fair, the location is great, and all units are easily accessible, even for my large deliveries. The staff is phenomenal. Cris and the whole staff are always smiling and do whatever they can to help you out.

I came to explore Storage Etc on a recommendation from a friend who also has space there. Storage Etc. it the best I've seen in LA. After interviewing and researching area facilities to compare pricing, available LARGE spaces, convenience of location and efficiency of staff, this facility was where I felt my belongings and art work would be safest. The manager Dominic was so knowledgeable and considerate of my needs. He reserved spaces for me and kept watch of spaces that might become available in the sizes I needed. Storage etc also has two box truck that renters can reserve for their use - which is amazingly helpful. I can't help but rave about Dominic and Storage Etc! They made my biggest move to date easier and made me feel welcome to my new city.

Friendly staff, good price for the area and units I can just drive up to for unloading.

Zero customer service! I can't even say its bad, it's just non existent! Got a space due to an emergency but we did all the work. Looked it up, & showed up just ready to pay. The guy who "helped" us had no personality, didn't seem like he had any desire to be there, & if we had any time to shop around, he would've been the reason we wouldn't store our belongings there!
He didn't even let us know that we had the opportunity to use their moving trunk for free once move in!! I could go on forever with negativity. The price is right, but don't expect any information, help, or any kind of customer service

This was an absolutly beautiful place the people were sweet and the immediate area is very clean!!!

I walked in and the entire staff said hello at the same time. They were so welcoming and got me out in less than 15 minutes. I let them know what I needed and when via email. Thank you.

Good but Locked us in!

They have been super helpful with everything and great prices. Staff has been friendly but I take a star away because we got locked in this time while at our storage unit. They closed down everything and we couldn't exit until after 1 hour we found a security guard who finally noticed us from his window/thing. No idea it was a guard place

Missed payments. They can t waive $30 late fee for anything. So don t bother asking, the regular staff can t waive it, the manager has no say on it too. She talks to me like she can care less. She sounded like pay or we auction your storage . Inconsiderate people.

How is working with me telling me that your stuff will be auction if not paid? and what steps did you make to work with my problem? I thought the reason you auction is to get the money owed to you for the loss of monthly rental, I was willing to pay all that, I only asked for one $30 late fee waived instead of paying 3 $30 late fees ($90). Your manager couldn't budge and be considerate enough to waive one late fee and yet you say you try to work it with me. I looked on the legality of a storage having to auction a clients storage, lets see if you people follow the law in this one.

Shopping around for storage options and came to this location to ask about pricing and sizing. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs. The property is massive, very clean and secure with cameras everywhere and gated access. Although I won't need my storage until September, I know where I will be coming back to rent with them.

Prices have increased due to new company. Still the best prices in the LA area

This is my second time using this facility. It is convenient, well run, and clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. They were eager to show me various options and made our decision easy. I highly recommend them. Security is excellent with cameras and staff visible around the facility.

Listen, I had done my fair share of online research before landing at Storage Etc, however, some things can only be learned in person, especially when it comes to putting oneself at ease when storing what I would hope to be important, or at least meaningful, stuff.
Dominic happened to be the very patient gentleman that was on hand to help me both times I went in to pester them with questions. I looked at a couple different units, and got to see the actual unit before purchasing. There was no pressure to upsell me and no hidden fees (other than a mandatory $9/ month renters insurance, which is waived with proof of your own renters insurance). The staff I have encountered, in addition to Dominic, have been helpful and friendly. The hours and prices are reasonable, the facilities are clean and secure, well-lit, and easy to manage (moving in and out). *Note: I opted for a unit in a building without an elevator, something I am fine with, but you may not be. There is only one, small flight of stairs to manage.

Great area, convenient and great prices. Helpful since my recent move in town has been stressful. Thank you.

The facilities are clean, safe and are in an area that doesn't have crazy traffic.

I don't think folks at the store are bad people and I wish them well personally. However I was less than happy with their communication, throughout multiple levels of the organization, while dealing with some minor issues with their moving truck / closing out my account.

Was referred from another location to this one and it was a good experience. Very knowledgeable staff and great customer service. I will definitely rent my storage unit from here.
