Friendly staff and well stock shop for my shopping needs ..... can we have african carribean shelf please.

They would not honor my coupons they said they were phoney come on where do phoney coupons even come from

I love this place can't get enough always finding something to go in there for and come out with that and much more never had problems with the staff at all they are very professional and helpful

They are understanding I was able to return multiple things and get my money back because of mold and other things that I noticed after I bought a few items.

This place has a nice sized store but sometimes the things they advertise in their circular were never going to be in stock. Certain cereals and things like that are in the paper, but when you ask the manager when they'll have it on sale, you're told it wasn't ordered in the first place.

There are usually no shopping carts by the produce area no matter what time of the day it is.

I am not sure what is happening there. I think its lacking good management.

Good place to shop you find what you need 90% of the time . But people walking around no mask . Kids come in to steal soda and snack and no one does anything .

The staff were nice and they helped me get what I needed.

This is my store always low prices. And the compare prices as well can't go wrong with that.

I gave this stop and shop 2 stars because of its unwelcoming odor. Ewwww...you know how a junkie smells when puss is leaking from a wound?..this is how is smells at least 3 times a week. I walk in and walk out. Who knows if it could be an air bourne bactria or virus . the management should take steps to have this odor controlled or removed immediately. Disgusting odor!!

I do shop at this location since it has a bigger selection than the one on B116. Prices are really good and get most what i need but lately I have been having issues witu the meats. Double check the meat before you buy it.

shopping nice good not so rush. plenty space w chart move along. Shopping comfortable.

Love this stop and shop. I love the selections that you can get here that are not in other locations. For example jackfruit and lots of Caribbean spices and chocolates. Really love the variety. One of my favorite stop and shops!

Starting to dislike the fact that a lot of these chain supermarkets charge higher prices in the lower income neighborhood than they do in more affluent ones. I consistently see the Stop & Shop in Arverne Queens have lower prices - sometimes dollars per item - than the branch on Flatbush & Tilden. I went to Whole Foods today and saw comparable to lower prices for healthier food than I buy from the Tilden location weekly. I'm about to only use this location for emergencies.

I like shopping there, however I wish there was more diversity among the staff members.

I went to stop and shop to pick up . A few things. Fresh produce be careful. Really check it out . Brought head of lettuce and lettuce was brown . So I had to walk back to stop and shop . To get another head of lettuce. 20 blocks in the heat . So next time I will be more careful

Never enough cashiers. The store is terrific, but they seem to always try to get through the day with minimal help

I love the the arverne stop and shop very clean and the staff is very polite.

If you stay in US for considerable period of time, you have got to have the membership of Stop and Shop & CVS. I have member ships of both of them . This is a cool outlet in Arverne area. They asked me to show my I'd for taking beer...hahaha..I asked the counter girl if i looked minor...she was shyly smiling...she was having fun ....:) but very good outlet...you get all that you need.

Well i pay less for groceries and i know a lot of the staff and they usually have the products i need

Great place to shop.Associate in fast lan ed check out needs to be more attentive.

Every time I go 2stop N shop N pay at cash register or self check out its with ease N not much wait-n. It's great N the family pack is a real family pack. But some times the carts r messy.

Good sales and environment. My only complaint is the cashier. He was so interested in helping the lady behind me that after i paid for my stuff, he didn't even pack my groceries. I had to pack it myself

This is a Super Stop & Shop. Some employees have attitude but that's everywhere. Prices are reasonable but I ve seen better sales.

The customer service in this place is terrible especially the seafood section. The short guy and the heavyset lady that works there have zero customer service. They see people on line and they are there talking to their friends like nobody is there. My mom doesn't even want to go there anymore because she experience the same exact thing with the same people. The only pleasant person that works in the seafood section is the skinny tall guy. If these people hate their job so much then don't work there period.

Nothing is fresh. Everything is expensive. Whole Foods is cheaper. Thank god i have one near my job.
Why there is only one door open during the pandemic. Who s the genius behind that. You have more crowds in one door and more chances to get covid. Zero common sense.

Good location near rockaway beach. There is a robot employee named marty with googlie eyes.

Good selection of food. Pricey. Nice staff but...Often an issue with carts sticking or being rusted and old. Lines are long most evenings because not enough cashiers. Bakery is outstanding. Plenty of organics.

I hate Stop and Shop their prices are way to high. That's why I just wish Walmart will become Unionized so certain areas can have a Walmart.

Poorly organized, no carts except in parking lot, many of them broken, no baskets at entrance, had to ask .
