Friendly coaches, experienced and offers great advice. Lots of repetition on shots. I would say about 40% skating and 60% saving techniques. Some locations are better than others. The PAD is awesome, Foxboro is horrible and Thayer is way too noisy! Some locations bring shooters from all levels to help out and quite frankly, some of them shouldn't be there. I've seen shooters firing shots without goalies looking (safety hazard), probably because they think is funny and others are firing full speed at close range. With only one coach and 3-4 goalies, it's hard to get instructions in a group setting. Granted, that goalie was older and appeared more experience. But, I don't believe he got anything out of the lesson. Again, coaches are awesome. But, they really need to pick the proper shooters for the goalie's benefit of training.
