I've had a great experience living in the Ritz Plaza, the staff is amazing and always make you feel welcome home. The property management and leasing team are extremely responsive, helpful and throughout COVID, have been so communicative and caring to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Update 1QPS Tower- Issues continue to persist. Staff fails to provide bare minimum: logging in of packages, calling for deliveries, and responding to residents. Service is truly egregious. The apartments no longer make up for lack of service given the bare minimum cannot be completed. This building no longer holds any value.
Severely understaffed (less than 7 full time staff) and failing infrastructure due to failure to upkeep. Staff is wonderful by the way, but they can only do so much on their own. I was recently trapped in the elevator with a pregnant woman for two hours. Emergency call button ignored and emergency services were not called until an hour after my initial call (supporting documents). Property manager defends that calling emergency services an hour after initial emergency request is justifiable.
I just moved in last month and worked with Nanci Wagner as a leasing agent. She was tremendously helpful and thorough in her knowledge and understanding of the leasing process. She was attentive and kept us in the loop with all the details along the way. She made our lives WAY easier. Can't say enough good things about her.
The leasing process was really enjoyable (never thought I'd say that)! Shout out to Victoria who took the time to meet me last minute and traveled during terrible weather in order to show me my first choice apartment. She was so kind, communicative, professional, and knowledgeable, and made the process seamless. Everything was easy -from viewing the apt to lease preparation to follow ups. Every management company should have capable representation like Victoria. I'm looking forward to taking advantage of the amenities offered - the support has been fantastic.
The Stonehenge building has been great from Day 1, from the leasing process, helpful management staff, and an easy move-in process. They have great staff (doormen, porters, maintenance) on the ground day to day, which are friendly, helpful, and make it a great place to live. Also worth mentioning that the included gym and amenities are awesome. Overall a great experience and would recommend.
I would never rent from any building owned or managed by Stonehenge again. Poor management. And the building at 101 W 15th Street had a huge rodent problem when I was there in beginning of 2021. There are mice in the walls and they would chew through the walls and enter my apartment.
I started getting mice in my place in January 2021. I told management but it was never fixed. Well, it ended with me having to flee my apartment and get a hotel room in mid February because there were 8 mice running all over my apartment. They were on my counter, in my vitamix, on my utensils, on top of my microwave. They had eaten through my dog's dog food bag, food on the counter. And I kept a very clean apartment.
There was mouse poop all over my dog's toys, in my closets, on my books, on my chairs, in my shoes and even on my clothes.
That night when there were so many mice, I came to the front concierge crying. I had to get a hotel for the night and told management I'm done. I'm moving out. It had been over a month and situation kept getting worse. Not only did management not reimburse me for my hotel, they said I could not get out of my lease. They treated me horribly. Did not say sorry I left crying and had to deal with this situation. The apartment was uninhabitable and they didn't care. I was probably eating off the counter after mice had been on there.
They only care about money and not about their tenants. The super and the front desk staff are wonderful, but not management.
And by the way, they found around 6 or 7 dead mice besides the 8 I saw running around.
Here are some pictures. I wish I could upload videos of the mice running around.
I have lived in a Stonehenge building for a number of years. I have never had any issues, and any questions or requests that I have had were and are dealt with quickly and efficiently. From the superintendent to the porter, the staff is excellent. I would highly recommend the building to a perspective tenant.
Very concerning things are coming from residents of many Stonehenge managed buildings.
My personal experience with the management of Stonehenge is that they will lie to your face, avoid your calls, and make many agreements they don t keep.
My leasing agent Yi Lu, is so great and incredibly helpful!! Because of her, we found the apartment which is perfectly matched us!! We are very satisfied with Stonehenge because of her~
