I used to be a patient at Stonegate Community Health centre until a secretary threw me out of it. The receptionist/secretary Alina is working there for one reason: to harm people. She is rude, impatient, and a liar too. She was rude to me and hung up on me and I called the second time to talk to someone else, she lied to me and said it was Caroline who was rude to me but I recognized her voice. It was her. She is constantly rude to other people as well. When I told her I am going to complain about her rudeness and she will get fired she said she would throw me out from the Health Centre like a "stray dog" and she did it. She told the management that I threated her which was the second lied said by that person. And the center threw me away just like Alina promised. I am outraged, frustrated, and sad how a respectful place could do that to a sick person without any evidence and being based on the lies of one person only. I will continue to look for justice. Avoid dealing with Alina because you never know what to expect from her

So many services offered in one convenient location. Friendly staff on site. . Always a great experience when visiting.

Used to be a decent place, but the service quality of the front-desk, reception service went down considerably over the last few years.
They're unfriendly, annoyed and arrogant when answering the phone lately.

Incompetent, rude, miserable staff. Would never recommend. Not even worth 1 star.

Nice place with multiple social and medical services. Dietician is great. Getting a family Dr is a impossible. I signed up and have been waiting for more than 6 months now.

Said I could come in without an appointment for a simple flu shot. Then told me I had to wait an hour. I came back in an hour and they said I had to wait another hour. Garbage

Very poor service and not knowledgeable doctors. Not the same as years ago, much worse. They don't care about people.

Called twice July 31st, 2019 at 9:30am) - both times I talked to the rudest receptionist I have literally EVER talked to at a medical facility.

Simply asked for the number for the walk in clinic located IN THE SAME BUILDING (as I assume they were linked), she refused to help and was short, rude and franctly not the kind of staff you want to be dealing with.

As a Google "local guide" I highly recommend seeking medical attention elsewhere for the sake of your own dignity.

I'm rating them 5 star as I'm more than 7 years with them and the service was always top notch. My family doctor is Shannon Cohane and I believe she is one of the best! Why?! She cares about you and your family wellbeing.
Nurses are also good.
Many thanks to them for helping me in the past!

Awesome staff. They helped so many times. the one clinic that accepted me when I was at my lowest. They gave so much. DR.Shannon Cohane is the best. And staff at front - thank you girls!

No one come to this office are very disorganized!!!!!! I went in for my appointment and they told me that they couldn t get me in and told me to reschedule stay away!!!! Doctors name is Christina . get another family doctor I drove an hour In traffic . once a ghetto ALWAYS the ghetto !!
