Rented for a surprise birthday party. It was a great time. Really nice venue, beautiful outdoor sitting area, and amazing views.

Always a great course to play, one of my favorites.

Played the course several times over the past several years. Great experience, worth a trip up from Florida!

I must say i am extremely picky when it comes to golf courses. The course was in great shape! Fairways were lush, carts were fast. Also they had a pro gps on the cart which showed distance to front back and center of green and a new feature which i have never seen it could track your tee shot distance! I drove from Lexington and was pleased to say the least would highly recommend it to anyone who is contemplating the drive! Incredible views!

Amazing course I'm very partial and it rivals any course for the price.

Course is great! Fairways are in great shape and the people were so friendly. This is a place that I would highly recommend and is a place that we will definitely be back to.

Great course and in good shape. The greens were awesome!

I have only played two times here, but so far I love this course. It is so much better than the other area courses in Eastern Ky. and Southwest Va. It can be crowded, but everyone is generally nice and patient (those who aren't patient should relax and enjoy their time on the course). It can be a challenging course with several tough but enjoyable holes.

The fairway grass is unbelievably lush and the greens are nicely kept and encourage you to really go after those long putts.

The gentleman who started us was particularly pleasant (we discussed the old Dan Hall course in Coeburn Va.) and the other gentleman who was riding through keeping everyone moving gave me the impression he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our gameand was very nice in correcting us on the cart rules (they are a little different than most places).

I' looking forward to playing again soon and hope to continue to have such positive experiences at Stonecrest.

Two Grandsons two baseball fields, good concession stands at both fields.

They layout is great. However the fairway grass was to high. There is to much crabgrass in the fairways. Tee boxes are awful. The greens are ok but rock hard

This course has always been one of my husbands favorite courses to play. I have always enjoyed tagging along just for the views. Today however, I was a bit disappointed. First of all, we stopped at the clubhouse to get snacks and to take a bathroom break and the bathrooms were not clean and they were out of toilet paper in the womans bathroom. I asked if they could get us some and was told that they were completely out. My husband was able to get us a roll from the mens room. The quality of food we ordered has also gone downhill but yet the cost has seemed to have gone up? And the saddest part is the greens were just not up to the normal standard we have grown to love from this course. There were divots everywhere, you could not golf off of the bunkers and the upkeep in general has gone downhill. I have heard they are under different management and am truly hoping that this is just a transitional period for them.

One of the most unique courses I have ever played. Great staff, the course is kept in excellent shape and the views are the best ever!!!

This Beautiful scenic golf course is secluded enough to enjoy a round of golf without worry of excessive traffic and the course is challenging enough to make the game interesting and further hone your skills it location atop the mountain leaves it open to the wind which keeps the course interesting and the rates are more than affordable for the golf aficionados on a budget in my opinion it is one of the top 5 courses in Kentucky

Played today, 7-1-19, and it was wonderful. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The golf course was in pristine condition (except for the bunkers, which in this case is understandable) The views of and from this course were beyond spectacular. Played with two locals, David and Chet, and it made the round even more enjoyable. Their course knowledge really helped me shoot a fun 2 under par. If you are anywhere near this area, it is well worth driving out of your way to play this course, you will be very glad you did. I highly recommend it.

Mix together spectacular mountain views with well manicured greens and fairways and you get the wonderful golf experience that is StoneCrest Golf Course. If you've never had the chance to play here...do it...NOW!

Check-in and staff were excellent, course was in great shape. cart path only due to rain ergo 4 stars. My complaint if it is a complaint is the tee markers are difficult to see. The small stones are color coded and we had to pick up the marker to see what color they were. They were very nice looking, but not user friendly. Of course if I was a regular then I would have known which tee were mine. Had a great day, the course looks easy but if you mishit the ball or hit left or right to much out of bounds. If there is visible danger don't use your driver. You will be OB. No finding your ball if you are not in fairway. I would play it again.

For a mediocre play this golf course is a challenge. It's beautiful and well kept. Would highly recommend.

UNBELIEVABLE VIEWS!!! The course is a solid layout and was in great shape when we played ( July 2020 ), cheap eat and drink with friendly service and the head pro is a good dude...of course I'll strongly advise/recommend

Our cart kept breaking down when it was raining. They sent an ex employee to "fix" our cart instead of bringing us a new one, and it kept breaking down. In front they also proudly fly a POW MIA flag, but don't offer a veterans discount. For the money i expected better service. Not going back anyyime soon.

Had a tee time this morning, and the person working the front had his feet propped up and seemed irritated that our group of four was there . He wanted to check with his supervisor time see if he wanted to open up, . Which we were fine with, and asked if we could buy bottles of water and were told thattthat person isnt here yet. Then at 1230 we asked if we couod buy food or drinks and same response of no one is here . We then asked if we could buy snacks, which wre and he then walked back and told me a price and didn't out money in register. We really lived the course itself, but the experience after spending money to be there was supremely lack luster, with limited facilities open . Again we would have been happy, except for receiving s feeling if not wanting us to be there nor than once . Golf now will know as well

This place tries to be fancy way over priced for crappy fairways then wanna follow you an complain when made a tee time and knew how many was playing then come to you at hole 3 and tell you a board member saw us an 5 is too many gotta split up we paid 1500 $ for our groups to play today guess we not pga material stone Crest you won't get another penny of southern money

Love this course! Every hole is different and interesting. This course has a lot of elevation changes which give it its character. It is challenging yet playable for the average golfer.

Nice layout with a great atmosphere. The lack of rain has made the tee boxes undesirable but not unplayable. The greens are in great shape. Will definitely return.
