Greg and DC in the service dept are great! I bought my vehicle here and I can't remember the name of my salesperson, but everyone from sales, to warranty ,to service are always helpful. More importantly, they don't push or treat you like you don't know your vehicle. I can't really say that for many other vehicle service businesses. I haven't met an employee here who isn't glad to see you or help you out. Take your business here. It will be appreciated!
Took my Silverado to get the buttons behind the steering wheel replaced, parts were ordered and 5 days later Brian called me to get the parts installed. I had taken my truck to a different dealership and 2 months later they still hadn t received the part. Stonebriar Chevrolet is the only dealership I m taking my truck for future repairs. Thank you!!
As a real estate agent with Century21 at the Frisco office the location of Stonebriar Chevrolet on route 121 was extremely convenient for me. I made an appointment and the work was done right the first time and with professionalism. Now I am a repeat customer! I have had maintenance performed at many Chevy dealers in Texas and other states as well. Compared to the others Stonebriar Chevrolet maintenance department is the best! Tandy Sloan
I had a great experience at Stonebriar Chevy. I took my vehicle there for service, and it was simply an excellent overall experience.
Lenah was the person who assisted me, and she was extremely helpful. She responded to all of my questions before I had a chance to ask.
Charlie, the shuttle driver who gave me a ride, was also really friendly! And genuinely a nice guy and cared about making sure I had a good experience at Stonebriar Chevy
They over charged me and still gave the wrong diagnosis of my vehicle. I went in to get my car checked out because a weird noise was coming from it. After holding my car for 6+ hours they told me there s an air leak in my exhaust. They asked if I would like to get it fixed and I told them it s cool because I m going to go get a new after market system installed anyways. When I got to exhaust authority (to get my after market exhaust system installed) they examined the weird noise and check the papers that Chevrolet gave me and told me that they lied about what was on the papers . They were even nice enough to show me how the system they put on the papers was working smoothly and that there was no air leaking coming from that portion of my exhaust system. This all took place within a matter of minutes and they didn t even charge me. I do not recommend you to take your car into this Chevrolet unless you want to just waste money.
If I'm being perfectly honest, Stonebriar Chevrolet was not my first choice for service/repairs but I work nearby so it was just easier to go ahead and come here. The steering wheel controls broke on my Blazer, so I scheduled an appointment online for the next day with Brett. Brett was so nice and friendly when I dropped off and I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. He said it might not be fixed the same day due to all the backordered parts, which no biggie, I understand completely! So I was shocked when he called 2 hours later and said my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up! It wasn't even a huge issue that needed to be repaired quickly but I am so appreciative of it. Stonebriar has gotten a service customer out of me and I will definitely be back.
I had an issue with a 2018 Chevy Cruze that sometimes wouldn't start back up after auto-stop engages. So I took it to their service center, paid over $1,200 to replace the battery and a power supply converter. On the drive home I had the issue twice, so I brought it back same-day.
The next day, they said the ECM needed to be updated. So they updated it and I picked it up, and had the issue again right away. To their credit though, when auto-stop works, it works better than it did before. But it still fails to start back up about 20% of the time, leaving me waiting at a stoplight long enough for it to finish trying, then put the car in park so I can start it again. I disabled auto-stop because sometimes a quick stop that engages auto-stop might be before a highway entrance on a right turn and I only have a yield so it doesn't take long to start getting honked at.
Anyway, could I take it back a third time? Yes and I probably should. But why would I? I'm a facts guy. The fact is, they said it was fixed twice and it wasn't. Why should I expect different results the third time?
