Stockport homes, not only do they condone antisocial behaviour but aslo encourage it. If you make a complaint Stockport homes will not help you in anyway. You'll therefore have to take matters into your own hands. The people who work at Stockport homes are as much use as a chocolate tea pot, no empathy sarcastic, and an i can't be bothered doing my job properly attitude.
I have called and queued 12 times now trying to get a pepair. Nothing. One call in 10 days and then failed to turn up. Disgusting. Not paying my rent til it's sorted.
Abysmal customer service and zero empathy with their clients. I have POA for my mum and have been keeping them informed on a regular basis of ongoing concerns. I asked for a final bill on 17 December which wasn't forthcoming but today a horrible standard letter saying she has left property owing rent. No bank details to pay rent included! On ringing they admitted there were notes all could access to avoid this. By the time the supervisor rang I was in a meeting. She promised to ring back but hasn't so far.
At a time of great sadness and stress for my family Stockport Homes managed to make an awful situation so much worse. Dare I suggest a day of customer service training and a vision to treat clients in a humane way might be a way forward.
This place is so organised,moved my mother from a flat to a bungalow with no hassle at all,the staff are very helpful ,very professional and all cheerfully,couldn't of for a smooth operation,Thanks and well done to all the staff at stockport Homes.
