Love this place! Not only wonderful as a patient, but had the opportunity to shadow in their back office recently... had the same amazing experience! Staff is always so caring and helpful!

We love Senders! We have always had good experiences but they really went above and beyond this time. My one month old has RSV and Dr. Senders CAME IN ON CHRISTMAS DAY to see her! We were so reassured and impressed with him. Do yourself a favor and take your kids to Senders. We have been coming for 3 years with my oldest and now with my newborn.

Best in Northeast Ohio! Not familiar with the doctor everyone is unsatisfied with in their negative reviews but in our family and friends circle, our interactions with this office have been nothing but positive.

This office was referred to us several years ago and we wished we knew about it sooner! You will not feel like another number when you visit. Our family never feels rushed. Questions are always welcomed. In fact, the conversations usually start with questions we may have. They give the industry's best as referrals when you need to take your children to an specialist for your little ones eyes, teeth or ears, etc. We are never left waiting in the lobby long, they keep a good schedule. School Forms are returned promptly also!

PLEASE NOTE : One thing that sets this office apart is that they have superb communication. We get consistent updates on Covid19 information as it relates to the children emailed. I'm talking COVID-19 studies that are being done across the country and locally, discoveries on how the virus is changing in children, and even their recommendations on how to approach it in conversation with children. They also make you aware of the technology they have installed to keep the office safe for visits. They have an abundance of precautionary measures in place to make sure everyone is and feels safe entering.

One time we recall, phones were down, they made sure to send communication out letting everyone know. They even made arrangements immediately to work from cell phones to still take/place calls during COVID-19 limitations.

The only way we'd switch providers is if we moved out of STATE! Even then we'd be super sad to let them go! We highly recommend this place!

I have the most beautiful baby girl named Wren, I switched to Senders for her care. We stopped telling her she was fine, we now tell her she will be fine.

I was referred to Dr. Witt to troubleshoot supply issues after coming down with mastitis. Similar to other reviewers, Dr. Witt was extremely terse simply asking Why are you here? and What questions do you have? . I left the appointment in tears after her ultimate recommendation was to discontinue breastfeeding if I didn t find it sustainable in the current state (desperately struggling with low supply, having tried every remedy to no avail) hardly a helpful solution from someone I expect to support nursing mothers. I do not recommend anyone to this practice.

Absolutely wonderful staff and doctors! Hardly no wait time (10mins max). The office is always clean and the doctors are very knowledgeable about their patients needs. Great doctors! I highly recommend this pediatric center for child - you re in safe hands!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Compassionate, caring, available...every member of this office goes above and beyond. On the few occasions I've called with an emergency or urgent need, they've accommodated us with no notice. I recommend them to everyone because everyone should have care this good.

Always responsive, quick to see my child, and treat her according to her needs, she has asthma, frequent ear infections and allergies. I never feel dismissed or unheard. I've seen multiple doctors and nurses practitioners and have always ended up with a pleasant experience. Will continue to have my children seen there.

Senders Pediatrics have totally redefined pediatric care! Once you have a "Senders Pediatrics experience", you'll never be able to use another doctor for your child!!! Every single one of the doctors and nurses look at the whole child and are super patient, incredibly compassionate, and so professional! My children and myself are so lucky to be patients of theirs for the last 12 years.

We had too many troubles with them such as vaccinations. It appears that they are always busy, more attention shall be given to the kids. The doctors are okay but the assistants are not. They are not well organized, once they left us waiting for the doctor then they said why are you waiting. It s better to go to a different pediatrician.
