Employees cool as hell & lots of merch to choose from.

The most disappointing retail experience EVER! We just wanted to exchange, not return, exchange a pair of boots with a malfunctioning zipper. Jeff, customer service person that we dealt with was rude, condescending, and most difficult to work with. Avoid this store. There are so many other choices along Canal Street.

Knew exactly what hats I wanted behind counter however stood there for, no joke, 5min while being ignored by cashier standing right in front of me. Amazon provides better service

Staff was very friendly and informative. Selection isn't very wide here, but lots of great finds and reasonable prices that you might not see in other shops.

Traveling from Indianapolis and I purchased a pair of shoes then discovered they were the wrong color sole. Took shoes back to EXCHANGE only. They said no because I did not have any he Box . But you have it because I m traveling . They still said no. I m upset because I just wanted an exchange. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Nice selections of shoes in various colors, size like men's 10 are more difficult to find here. Would have given this place a 5 for variety but customer service could be a lot better, not the most welcoming, could atleast crack a smile, just made me want to walk out.

Nice shoes & store, but couldn't find the shoes in my wife's size.

Got some sweet kicks at the Canal street location while in town on business. Would be nice if they had more women s 11, but otherwise the selection is great and prices good!

Cool shop. Good product assortment, although HB styles sell out immediately. Definitely worth stopping in.

Cool vibes, has a sale rack with good stuff on it for a reasonable price. Some small brands some big, hip selection well layed out

Didn't have my size shoe for most of the shoes. Total waste of time.

Smaller selection, but the shoes people actually want like OG Air Max 1s and South Beach 97s. As soon as u walked in the salesman showed me where everything is so I didn t have to search every shelf. Prices seemed to be reasonable as well.

The zipper on a pair of shoes we bought yesterday had the zipper malfunction. Came to exchange them, and we were met with an incredibly rude and condescending shopkeeper, Jeff, who didn't believe there was an issue, unless it happened right in front of him. Don't ever go here!

The worst retail experience I ve have in almost 20 years. The owner was rude, abrasive, and unreasonable. A thoughtless jerk. Not worth the trouble.

Now I've been in my fare share of shoe stores all over the world, but I have never encountered such nonsense as I did here. STNDRD had the price clearly marked on a pair of shoes. So I inquired about the shoe with the sales person. He tells me the thats the price. So then I ask for my size the only one they have is the display. Ok cool I'll take it. I get to the register with my $130 display and another $90 pair of shoes, he tells me thats the wrong price and he can't sell me the shoe for that price, so I ask how much, he tells me $180 (child please). You want full price for a shoe you marked wrong and a display that everybody been touching. Not $150, $160 the full $180. Needless to say they both stayed in the store. I would have taken the shoe for $175 but I guess I wasnt spending enough, but my brother who was about to drop about $400 and brother-in-law another $600. We just blue collar workers buying shoes, but we aint fools either.

"I was in town for Essence. Love the decor and copped a pair of Nike Pocketknife's I've only seen online. Had a retro New Orleans Jazz t-shirt and matching dad cap. Great souvenir for the peeps back home better than your cheap tourist type tees that seem to be everywhere."

Copped some Ultraboost and NMDs here during the essence festival. Also copped a Dr. J 76'ers Jersey. They actually carry a big selection of shoes for a small boutique style store.
