Stimulus Technologies Review

Stimulus Technologies has become an integral part of our company. Without Stimulus Tech support, there would be days where we would be totally down! As an accounting firm, our computer networks and systems are crucial to our business functions. Stimulus makes sure that our server and client data are protected from outside viruses and always do so with a smile :) Alex is our go to guy for everything from iPhone issues to major server meltdowns. He is extremely proficient and professional with everything he does!

Stimulus technologies has become my "IT Department," We used to employ a full-time technician to take care of us, but now I call Stimulus every time we need help. Costs much less than your own staff, and these guys are fully trained, certified and qualified to take care of your software, hardware, internet, website, email and other needs. I recommend them - times have changed, and it's hard to keep up with things yourself any more.

The Stimulus team is always there for our Tech needs in a timely manner.

Never had a problem that Stimulus couldn't figure out. I did a lot of research, and they are the most reliable team in Las Vegas for IT service.

Our orthodontic office recently built a new location and Stimulus did our IT for the move. Kaid was always on top of making sure everything was prepared and thoroughly planned out in the months prior to the actual move. He was great about communicating with me and other companies involved with the project so nothing would be forgotten. Aaron served as our onsite technician on moving day. He's been our tech before and, as always, did a fantastic job. Aaron is awesome at taking your issues, coming up with solutions that will actually work and communicating without getting too technical. I've dealt with IT companies in the past that either couldn't speak anything but code or I knew more than they did. Both Kaid and Aaron are very knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with. Moving an entire office was stressful and it felt like so many things went wrong, but our IT was one of the few things that went smoothly and I attribute that to the guys on the job. Thanks!

Nice people, but the service is so unreliable that it cannot be used for business. I have had it with this company - their service just keeps getting worse. Stimulus has easily cost me over $10,000 in lost business in 2020 due to repeated failures of their power supplies, boards, etc. Probably okay for home or entertainment, but my business can t keep suffering loss of revenue that Stimulus then offers to compensate by a credit of 1/2 month of fees. Are you serious?

After several people and companies tried to find and fix our network of computers that the hard drives that would max out and our computer system would freeze up then all of a sudden thing would return to normal. 3 WEEKS of frustration then we called Stimulus Technologies. After getting into our system they had the problem figured out and a quick patch to get us running again within 5 minutes. The next week they got back into our system and did the permanent fix. Earlier this year I had Stimulus give me a network assessment, they came in and looked at my phone, computer network, and internet systems. They provided me with comprehensive/detailed reports on each and I could pick and choose the upgrades, system overhauls that I needed in priority order. I have met and worked with 3 team members at Stimulus Technologies on numerous occasions and each interaction has been professional and pleasant. The first was when I needed internet service in my place of business. The technician came to my location, was helpful, informative and quick. While they were not able to provide me with the service that I needed, he was honest with me and let me know some alternative companies to work with. Once they do extend their line-of-site for internet in my office area, I will DEFINITELY be calling them again!

My computer had low disk space and none of my programs were working. I let Stimulus know, and Brandon called promptly, was very friendly, professional, and helpful. My experience with Stimulus Technologies is that they are a team of true professionals who are skilled in IT work. My service was computer repair... had a very stubborn virus on one of my workplace computers. The team helped with a combination of in-person visits and remote off-site assistance to help clean up the computer. The price was very reasonable for the level of service they provided.
