Constantly suffering from poor supply chain issues in products being lost, damaged or inaccurate to what is quoted on. 15% of orders come through fine, but more resource is spent on amending the errors from orders to them than any efficiencies/savings. Customer service provided is friendly, albeit does not prevent the issues from occurring in the first instance. Not suitable for Healthcare provision in my opinion.
