Terrible organization, slow, don't call back / email. Clients pull the skin over to make as much profit as possible. Poor listening staff. Here it is not the customer and his interest that is 1, but the squeezing of the customer to do as little as possible and to earn as much as possible. Your max is 30,000 euros for a case, but they even put lawyers under pressure to declare as few hours as possible. A shame this organization!
The biggest scammers and impostors of the insurance country .. already 3 months with a car damage handling busy and you have to call everywhere. Get out and never again this shame company bah bah.
You only really get to know companies when a mistake / mistake has been made by them. I have experienced that Achmea Rechtsbijstand has excellent complaints handling. This does not aim for additional legal conflicts among themselves but for solutions. For me, all risks that could result from that mistake were covered.

I do not understand anything at all! I pay premium every month on time and if there is anything then these couples of lawyers are soooooo slow and without guts that I always have to go after them! I would like to make the switch to another insurance policy!
I'm not a direct customer of this company but a client of Centraal Beheer for legal insurance. I'm sorry to say that I'm very unsatisfied with the service I have got so far from this company. It looks like everytime I ask for help they look for excuses to deny me service. They listen to you and then put you on hold for quite some time and then come back with a list of reasons why this is out of your insurance policy. This has happened for me 3 times. They have no manager nor a complaint department which you can talk to either. This doesn't seem like an honest business to me. And there is no point in arguing with a lawyer because they always win!
If you are also thinking of using the Central Beheer legal insurance please consider that you will probably not get what you are looking for.

Very satisfied. Achmea (and / or an attorney-in-law) have handled all affairs successfully. From over-crediting by ICS to a professional error of another lawyer and more. But yes, my business was also about something! Although I also had to fight for a long time to have a case outsourced.
As a minus point I mention the difference in expertise of the Achmea lawyers and the specialist advocate proposed by myself, in favor of the lawyer. But it does adorn Achmea that they finally agreed to my nomination.
