Good infrastructure. Canteen available in ground floor. Mostly on every conducts interviews(by invitation only) for hiring.

Cool place for IT nice cafeteria ... And good coffee.

Nice Corporate office. Health care and consumer lifestyle R&D office.

Couldn't find stairs inside the building. Have to wait for lifts even if you have to go up/down a floor. Not sure how the building will be evacuated in case of any emergency.

Very nice campus to hang out. It's a research institute and very good place to work.

I went for an interview and had nice experience. Interviewer was good and also the people. They guided me for all process step by step.

Also location is awesome and the view from road is good. People are very technically sound and it's a health insurance research institute.

Overall a wonderful experience.

Visited this place once on a non-official work and it looked very well located. Just off the ring road, very close to the main entrance of the Maanyatha tech park, and with a legacy that anyone could only envy, this Philips office is the cradle of technology and innovation. One of the best companies to encourage innovation and bring them to market successfully with high quality products. Heard great stuff about the work culture here.

Nice company but worst parking facility, very poor maintenance and support for employees in terms of car parking. and no proper responses too.

This is my fourth company and working since one year. It is best company for employee.

I worked for few months from PIC/MFAR. My first impression was a WOW factor. The office space was huge and seating desks were not so cramped like other IT companies.They have really worked on the office environment to make you feel relaxed at work. The lighting is soothing. It definitely epitomizes Philips' expertise as a lightning manufacturer.Coffee is good. The cafeteria/pantry area was small but there was a plenty of options to eat in the food court and restaurants. They also have Axis bank and HDFC bank. It helped me a lot during Demonetization :-)
