We have consistently found hard to find parts such as contactors fuses and other electrical parts. We were working on a chiller for a printing press and they happen to have the parts we needed in stock
Today we need to find a small 10 amp glass fuse. Despite the fact that it was a very inexpensive part we appreciate the fact that he gave it to us for free.. Thank you for keeping us going .

I usually avoid writing less than positive reviews of my experience dealing with a company. However I will share my experience with Steven Engineering Inc. In short it was terrible! I was refused credit on a warranty part needed for repairs of the equipment line they carry. I was charged for parts I did not order. It was a major problem getting them to credit my company back for the charges that were in error. If I had a another choice for a distributor of the equipment line we service, I would surely go elsewhere to do business.

Normally have good experiences with this place, but lately it's been a little rough considering lead times shipping charges and very tough return process. Our team needed some gear recently turns out we bought the wrong items and it was impossible to get a returned. Had to procure the correct material through another supplier and scrap the others. Not the worst experience but definitely should be better.
