These people are a joke. Don t waste your time with them. No follow up and need to chase them down continuously to get hold of them. We devote our time with them and in turn they should show some professionalism.

StevenDouglas is a phenomenal place to work. It starts with the leadership being collaborative, trusting, and non micro-managerial. We have a talented staff of high performers that do things the honest way and are experts in their respective recruiting fields. This firm has an excellent reputation for both candidate and client service and have been in the South Florida market for 35 years. We specialize in a number of areas including Finance and Accounting, Information Technology & Cyber Security, Sales/Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and Wealth Management. We work with clients on a contingency and retained basis and also place individuals in contracting/consulting roles.

In addition, we are involved in a large number of philanthropic organizations including United Way, the Diamond Angels for Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, Jason Taylor Reading Room, Andy's Pasta Dinner, etc. We also partnered with SFBJ to sponsor the CFO and CIO awards every year, in which we honor the top leaders in South Florida. If you are a candidate looking for a new opportunity or a company interested in hiring the best people, we would love to speak with you.

These folks are all talk, no action. They say they are going to get back to you, but they never do. You really have to chase them down. And even when you see a role and apply, they ignore your application, with no feedback. For whatever reason, they seem to have their own hidden agenda. I ve dealt with Jared for two months and he hasn t been any help at all. I even asked him if there is someone else I can speak to at he organization and he doesn t even reply. What poor communication skills.

The worst experience ever - this firm should be avoided at all costs. Their subjects are meat sent on missions to hell. I know many people who have been desperate enough to contact them who were sent to garbage clients and locations. They pride themselves on preying on desperate individuals, abusing and embarrassing them - ultimately destroying their confidence. You have been warned!!

I have been with StevenDouglas for over 14 years now. They are, by far, the most professional and caring employer. From their clients to candidates to employees. I consider StevenDouglas my 2nd family and home away from home.

I see most of the reviews are from corporate recruiters. Let me share my experience as a employee candidate and you will understand why they are having trouble finding someone. Yesterday, their recruiter reached my and introduced me a role, which I was totally not intended to apply at the beginning. The recruiter was nice and I found the role might be quite fit. He mentioned today his partner(most likely account manager) would reach me to discuss more.
So today morning at 8:30am, the AM called me during my breakfast time, which is totally fine. However this guy expressed a huge concern, judged my profile for 5 mins and showed off how many better candidates they have at this moment. By the end, he ask me not to waste my time going forward. Well, your agent reached me first and I m not begging for this funny role plz.
Highly doubt on the professionalisms and ethic of this company. Corporate recruiters, be mindful of the chaos and stay away.

Total dimwits, send technical job descriptions full of marketing terms without any technical context. Want you phone number, cause they want "a relationship" (translation: we'll cold call you for years during work hours). The usual backward South Florida agency full of used car salesmen.

I found a home. This place is everything they said it was and more. Almost 2 years in, and I couldn't be happier. This company has empowered me to do the job that works for my style. The people are amazing and genuine. There is no micromanaging to hit daily call metrics, and we aren't ones to be "transactional." We support each other and our clients to deliver exceptional products and experiences. StevenDouglas and culture have been a recipe for success and have led to the best year of my career. I expect that this is the first of many stellar years. I could not be more PROUD to work with and for the StevenDouglas Family!

As a corporate recruiter, I would not recommend using Steven Douglas Associates. They reach out to me and when i replay back they doesn't know how to follow up with clients, I had to wait 4 days to get a replay back. Is this the type of agencies you want to work with. Time wasters who care more about making their numbers than finding you a job.

A collegial, thoughtful and caring, family-oriented culture; from the top-down, an open forum for sharing ideas and best practices. This is the case across all division/groups, there really are no silos within the firm.

Brand recognition/firm's reputation nationwide. Willingness of leadership to invest in technology, resources and training.

StevenDouglas is one of a kind. I have been competing with them in the South Florida market for 7 years now in IT, A&F, and HR/TA. After getting laid off from my last Staffing Firm due to Covid, StevenDouglas gladly reached out to me as they are opportunist and were prepared for a rainy day. I could not be happier to be working for them now....if you cannot beat them, join them!
