I see most of the reviews are from corporate recruiters. Let me share my experience as a employee candidate and you will understand why they are having trouble finding someone. Yesterday, their recruiter reached my and introduced me a role, which I was totally not intended to apply at the beginning. The recruiter was nice and I found the role might be quite fit. He mentioned today his partner(most likely account manager) would reach me to discuss more.
So today morning at 8:30am, the AM called me during my breakfast time, which is totally fine. However this guy expressed a huge concern, judged my profile for 5 mins and showed off how many better candidates they have at this moment. By the end, he ask me not to waste my time going forward. Well, your agent reached me first and I m not begging for this funny role plz.
Highly doubt on the professionalisms and ethic of this company. Corporate recruiters, be mindful of the chaos and stay away.
