If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I bought two pairs of shoes at this location a week ago. I ended up keeping one pair and wanted to return the other as I tried them on at home to realize I had too similar of another pair. I came to the store to return the one pair of heels that I have never ever ever worn outside of trying them on in store and in my carpeted bedroom one time.

When I was trying them on at home I did notice that they didn't have the bottom stickers that heels usually have but thought nothing of it (the other pair that I kept did have the sole stickers).

The girl at the cash (I regret I didn't get her name) told me I'm unable to return them because they are "damaged", "she'd never be able to sell them like this" and that "they were definitely worn for a night out". All false accusations. I wish I could add a video or picture to this review to show everyone the "damage" she was referring to - a bit of "scuffing" (and I use that term loosely) on the bottom of the shoe - I not only bought them like that but I would consider it regular/minimal "marks" just from people trying them on in store etc. The shoes have NEVER been worn, most definitely not outside, were in perfect condition (other than the bottom as the girl claimed).

I found the customer service rude and absolutely deplorable and as a simple matter of principle, I did not appreciate her implying that I was lying about wearing the shoes as I kept the other pair and not the ones I was trying to return. I have never been felt so livid in a retail environment in my life, nor do I ever write reviews, but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Steve Madden, you have absolutely lost my business forever.

The girlf friend needed a new pair of winter boots. So after looking at several stores she found the ones she wanted. Great price and the service was well above the retail standards.
Thanks Steve for saving my day. And making my girl friend very happy.

Their stuff are nice but staff can be a little more friendly. Overall they were ok.

IF i could give this a ZERO STAR I would. Had the worst experience there, customer service was unacceptable. The manager Rana could be seen in the back gossiping to her coworkers about customers?! Completely unprofessional. Needs to be brought to the attention of the district manager.
Bought shoes from there that were scuffed and dirty. Asked for a discount and was given a look up and down and said no!

Been calling the store for curbside pick up but no staff answered the call. I went there in to check if they still carry the same number and they do. Ask them why their not answering (when clearly they're not busy, I did not told them that, still tried to be nice) staff did not answer me and ask me if I have anything in mind. Poor service, would have minimized going in there instead.

Terrible staff, terrible service. One of the sales representatives literally threw a show on the floor that I wanted to try on.

I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wore my Steve Madden boots once and the stitching started to come out. I contacted Steve Madden about my quality concern and their warranty on my boots; I forwarded photos to the issue too. I was soon sucked in to a dialogue concerning the use of my term "factory defect" and the "interpretability" of it and how my use of the boots is questionable. Essentially, I was told that my concerns are not valid and that any quality concern is my fault. Awful experience. I will never purchase footwear from this company again based on my treatment as a customer.
